The Obama Administration had DOJ, FBI, CIA, Holder and Lynch protecting them on every move. "I'm still the President's wing-man, so I'm there with my boy."
Contrast to current Administration having to weave thru the Buracracy intent on taking them down. Mueller investigation IS the insurance policy for the "secret society".
Sessions needs to go. Along with a bunch of others. I get the Dem talking point of the "dedication to public service" of the numerous Justice career employees. Just like there are some bad cops among the multitude of great ones, a purge is needed. Sessions can't do it. But I am not sure the RINO's would give 51 votes to someone with jewels like Trey Gowdy. Ann Coulter said it best "Any comprehensive immigration deal must include the Ex-citizensip for Lindsey Graham"
What will the Memo do? Probably nothing. Defer will be the word of the day. I read thru the document linked below. Hard reading but exactly the kind of stuff that Obama DOJ protected them against. Maybe, just maybe we find Justice and Accountability. But ....

I am very disappointed in Sessions. I had really high hopes that he would get to work draining the swamp. IMHO what we are seeing and reading is nothing short of treason. It is past time to clean house and if the powers that be cant/won't do it it is time for the citizens to do it. Personally I don't see anything changing without some sort of civil unrest as a catalyst. Unfortunately it will be us old farts that have to do it because the Dems have indoctrinated to many snowflakes already.

Failing to accomplish the mission of the secret socieity, even with all the insurance policies, and now older than 40 years, Mueller will attempt to trick Trump into a lie. Could be around whether he knew Flynn had lied to FBI, which is the only thing they have on Flynn, but supposedly Flynn has sung. There will be something that Flynn says he told Trump, Donald will be asked and it will not be the same answer. Trap Trap
I just hope Trump's lawyers have him ready, and if Trump is not sure of an answer then say "I don't know". That will be the hardest part for him!

Trump would be crazy to agree to talk to Mueller. His attorney's should tell him in no uncertain terms that he will not agree to be interviewed, especially under oath so they can't nab him on some process crime like what happened to Clinton, Libby, Flynn et al. Give Hillary credit, she knew better than to ever be deposed under oath. If Trump agrees to an interview it should be limited to specific topics and not under oath. I fear his hubris will get the better of him and if he does, it could be his downfall on a completely made up charge and deep state conspiracy.

I agree, Mueller has been setting his trap from the very beginning. The whole dossier plan was to derail Trump, and after texts between the FBI and the DOJ started being made available to Congressional investigators and references to the "secret society" surfaced, the full intent of the FBI and DOJ must be revealed. Mueller has no "out" other than to get Trump under oath so he can weave a web using Comey and Flynn to set the trap. Their continuation of claiming there is "no" records of numerous texts over a five month period has been their "convenient" way of avoiding requests for information, just as it was throughout Obama's eight years in the Whitehouse. The five months of missing texts between Strozk and Page are monumental in determining the "plans" of the "secret society". The fact that the "Special Counsel" should be made up of people who do not have a "conflict of interest" in the matter being investigated was completely "ignored" in naming Mueller to head the investigation. The fact that Mueller was the Director of the FBI at the time Comey was Deputy Attorney General and they were close friends certainly reflects a "conflict of interest". Based on what we have recently learned about activities between the FBI and DOJ in the last eight years, it is evident that neither of these two men want "anything" to come to the forefront on the operations of the top "two law offices" of our Country. It definitely appears that much has transpired in the last few years that they don't want "we the people" who are their "employers" to know.

I agree. I have wanted Justice for the likes of Lois Lerner, her boss at IRS at the time (Danny somebody), and others for a long time. They are out to get him, and I am not sure he will maneuver thru the mine fields. Hammered servers, lost emails, missing data, failure to comply to Congressional request for documents, lost documents, and now Samsungs that have a "technical" (hee hee) glitch. I have had enough, and sadly, do not think this will come out good.
Give me a Sessions replacement who can either get to the bottom of Justice, or protect his/her "boy"

Sessions has become an interesting character. I think he is out for himself in that kind of passive-aggressive way and always have been, from the day he said he would recuse himself. Trump needs to be very, very careful. He may thnk he can out talk Mueller, but one false answer and he is dead man walking.

Sessions walked into a shole called the Dept. of Justice where 97% of his future gubment staff contributed to Hillary.
Can you just imagine all the rolling eyes and stalling after a task is handed down?
It seems that all good people who enter a job full of evil co-workers simply leave the job.
And who is left over? The ones we are now paying. The swamp.
Nothing disgusts me more than a Lerner or Ocommie using govt. IRS/spy resources to attack the opposition.
It seemed the news was one or two Watergates before noon EVERY day.
If someone doesnt go to jail soon, I'm going to start screaming out my window.
I doubt there is a much better man than Sessions; a mechanic can't fix a car without his tools.

The Leadership is supposed to set the tone and the agenda, so I don't lay the blame all on the workers. The very senior ones who are likely appointed or in the Senior Executive Service, can be fired for cause, without a lengthy process. It's actually in the SES agreement. Sessions is weak and they perceive he doesn't have the ear or the confidence of the President, so natually they are going be swarming. Washington is like a shark tank, and you keep swimming or you die. Blood in the water brings on a frenzy.
Believe it or not, you are not, as a public servant supposed to use your position for revenge against the opporsition. As I understand it, Lois Lerner had the right to plead the 5th, and then she, as a career civil servant had the number of years to retire, so she did. I don't like what she did, I believe she was wrong and misused the trust placed in her, but I can't critiicize her to taking the 5th and then retiring. The President allowed her to do it. When your back is against the wall, you do what you have to do to survive, and she's not the first nor the last to do so.
You know, from a distance, it looks pretty clear what was wrong and what was done. But when you are in the middle of it, it's not all that clear. It's not always a big decision that puts the wheels in motion, but sometimes a series of small decisions and responses to taskings that will add up and before you know it, you are in the swamp. Hindsight is 20/20, and it is easy to be self-righteous when you view it from a distance. Now in the case of Hillary, yes, I do believe that she made deliberate decisions and they were all to her favor. Hillary believes that no one knows better than her and that anything she does must be right, just because of who she is. If anyone should go to jail, it is her.
I am not trying to excuse any wrong doing by anyone. But usually it is a path of breadcrumbs that leads to wrongdoing, not the whole loaf dropped on you at once.
I am very worried about Trump. I can see so many way that this could go wrong if he testifies under oath. I hate to say it, but I'm not sure being under Oath will be anything more to Trump than it was to Clinton (either one of them). He doesn't like to take advice. He's not a polished speaker, nor is he known for thinking deeply about what he says before he says it.

I am of the opinion that the majority of govt workers, while all have their political views, are just trying to do their jobs. What I dislike is when political appointees, who are clearly partisans, get transitioned into civil service positions in order to keep them in government. That is likely what happened at DOJ and the FBI. They stack senior civil service positions with political hacks and then you get insurance policies, secret societites and the charge of the existence of the deep state. As the facts come out, those dismissed as looney conspiracy theorists about the deep state are actually being vindicated. There does in fact seem to be a deep state within the government that is comprised of partisan Democrats willing to do anything, legal or not, to advance that party.
As for Trump and testifying under oath with Mueller, if he agrees he is likely toast. These guys know how to set traps that can turn a faulty memory or what at the time seemed like not a big deal into a criminal act. Bill Clinton, who was a master at prevacation, was done in by his testimony about something unrelated to the original Starr investigation. Trump, as much as I hate to say it, would be a fool to talk to Mueller. And even if he does, he should refuse to answer any question unrelated to the colluision issue. And his answers to every question should be, "There was no collusion."

One critical point I failed to make in my earlier post concerns the confusion that is apparent regarding whether or not Rosenstein offered advice that led to Trump's firing of Comey. Regardless of that, Comey's firing gave an opening for Mueller to eventually set the trap for Trump. Also, Session's recusal set the stage for appointing Mueller as the Special Counsel. I can't believe that there is any reasonable way to think that Rosenstein is not deeply involved in the "swamp" and the newly identified "secret society". Just like Martini, others on the forum, and advice being given by those close to this rediculous investigation, Trump must not step into this trap. Most advice I have seen says respond to a list of written questions, otherwise, Mueller will not "stop" his line of questions until he gets the answers he needs. Trump has got to acknowledge he will be "grilled" by a line of "legal' professionals whose sole objective is to impeach him and they will use every trick in the book. Most people offering advice continue to emphasize that "collusion" is not a crime, and his lawyers must ensure that questions only relate to that subject.

You're the one that fears the truth. Why is it the DemocRATS are the ones that don't want to be transparent? Why are they against the American public finding out about all the corruption that went on in the Whitehouse during Obama's eight years? It's past time for us to know how the FBI and DOJ secretly carried out their coverups. What's your opinion of the dealings that are being uncovered between those two agencies? Do you have no fear of the "secret society"? Where would this country be if they had succeeded in their plans and your gal Hillary was President?

I think it is much to do about nothing. Conspiracy theories are what the right lives for on a daily basis. Everyone is against them according to Rush, Hannity, and Jones. It gives those like you something to look forward to each new day...another damn theory that we are doomed. I decided years ago not to worry about what I can't control.

Says the man that claimed the economy would tank if Trump was elected, he could not be trusted with nukes because he would just get mad and nuke everyone, and that woman were not safe in the White House as he would be gropping Pu$$y daily, and that it is "Mueller time" which in itself is a conspiracy.
So please GFY, if you were any more full of BS you would be a politician.

"YOU THINK". Why don't you say something that makes sense? Why should we the taxpayers be paying for Strozk and Page to be carrying on a "love affair", texting each other constantly about what the plan is to unseat the President? Why just a couple of days ago the five months of text between them were lost because of a "technical glitch" but now they have been found? The revelations about the FBI and the DOJ are sickeniing and are just the tip of the "iceburg" about the deceptions that have been "hidden" from the American people for way too long. Again, "we" are their "emplolyers" and have every right to know the action they are taking on our behalf. One of our Senators just said today "that the American people have to be wondering how many of our Congressional "leaders" made it out of the "birth canal".

Hey dude, just be patient Trump's day of reckoning will be here sooner than later after he testifies. Kirshner is going to wet his pants he is so worried. Don Jr is wondering day to day if he is next.
You must be proud that your team in DC has indictments, pleas, Grand Juries in the first year....quite different from the 8 years of Obama.

"I think it is much to do about nothing. Conspiracy theories are what the" left lives for, and Mueller is the top of that list, for someone who does not like conspiracy theories you are putting a lot on that "day of reckoning". Hopefully when more information comes out about FBI/FISA/Obama DOJ etc you will be the one wetting your depends.
Your are completly unconcerned about the weaponization of the federal departments against Americans, love illegals and pray to your whatever for the downfall of our president and country.
Yes it is different then 8 years of the lawlessness of Obama, we are now seeing why we had no indictments, pleas or grand juries in Obama's 8 years. A FBI, DOJ and lame stream media who were love sick puppies who ignored the rule of law and just got tingles up their legs and did not do their job - they were too busy sending thousands of text messages to their mistresses.
"Kirshner is going to wet his pants" maybe since you cant remember how to spell Kushner you need to go back and check your smudged printouts to figure out who is going to do what.
So Please take your meds, we are all concerned about your mental health.
Just be patient and GFY.

Big difference...Meuller will convene a Grand Jury and force Trump to testify, if he refuses. Trump and his cronies are trying to stay one step ahead of indictments.
Tonight, we are finding out how Trump's attorney prevented him from firing Meuller. Trump is scared and Melania is not helping him. Staying home, while Trump travels, shows that she is really pissed with the stories of the Trumpster and his favorite porn star.

As usual, you take the easy way out by saying you won't respond to any more of my posts. I raised several questions in my last post and you did not have a single answer. It would still be interesting to hear how you would try and justify your side to any of the questions I asked. Are you still willing to say that there has been "no obstruction of justice" by Comey, McCabe, Rosenstein, Lynch, Strozk, Page and numerous others in the FBI and DOJ over the last few years? Are you denying the findings that have surfaced supporting total corruption ai the highest levels of the FBI and DOJ?
