From a guy who spent 22 years in the Air Force it is great to see leadership putting faith in our military leaders once again to make military decisions appropriate to military objectives.  To hear the Commander in Chief say "we authorized the military" means he trusts them to do what is necessary, and more importantly he trusts them NOT to do what is not necessary.

that is a bad bomb..  but consider in 1972 I flew  B-52D's  in south east asia, (Viet Nam)  One B-52D aircraft carried 24-750 pound bombs externally on wing plyons and 82-500 pound bombs in the bomb bay..  Do the math on that one..

So the left wing nuts in the media have been running around claiming the MOAB cost $314M and are whining about why we can't afford meals on wheels.  Of course it is all a lie and more fake news.  Each MOAB cost $170,000 so we paid about $4K per dead Islamofascist. Pretty good deal in my mind.

The DoD spends a MOAB or more getting even the most basic infantryman ready for combat, and the ones going in to the more skilled positions even more than that.   A one for one MOAB for a saved soldier is a really good deal for us.

Interesting note, the Green Beret that was killed in that region just before the Moab had a GoFundMe page set to help the family. The original goal was 15k.it was reported on Fox and Freitas oneorning and was at over 14k. The nextorning it was at 238k.its not the first time they have blown up simular funds before. And of course Talladega College collected over 700k last time I saw a number with an original goal of 70k after O'Reilly had someone from the college on his program. They wanted the money to attend the inauguration. The reminder is going to a scholarship fund. Liberals should be ashamed because they were apoplectic that a black college would accept the invitation. Because they did there is no telling how many kids will get to attend the school that might not otherwise be able too.

The left wing nuts don't have a clue. Where were they when Obama increased the National Debt by $10 trillion dollars? Also, where were their complaints when he sent as much as $33.6 billion dollars in secret cash and gold payments to Iran between 2014 and 2016? In addition, what about the $1.7 billion dollars in cash(delivered on pallets) Iran was paid  prior to the release of several U.S. hostages. These people talk about "peanuts" in comparison to the damage done by Obama during his eight years as President.
