Looks like a lot of stuff for sale. Is Phase 3 open yet?

Roads are paved, lots are not as good as I and II to me. Don't know if house building has started. Don't know if RL, Inc was able to force the waterfront lot + inland lot concept. Haven't seen much advertising. Still plenty of finished homes for you to pick from Ric--have at it!!

Drove by on the water last week - looks like they are building a few houses. I also was the exclusive "island" RL is promiting in its brochures. It has a beautiful view of the Ridge Marina.

I spent some time in January driving around by road in the Ridge. New Club House looks like a major structure, and I bet will be beautiful. Street lights are rather pretty if you like street lights at the Lake. Kind of made me wonder what associations fees are at the Ridge. There are some beautiful lake homes being built. Yes, there are some nice big water and deep water lots, but there are also some of the worse lots with nice houses you would ever expect to see on the Lake. I guess they are better than the "off the lake water assess lots" but not by much.

from my limited knowledge, yes to builders and civilians on the "list" at prices at or above existing PH 1 and 2.

got the scoop. prices for phase 3 was given to agents on monday. the lots are a lot more than phase 1 and 2 and only certain builders can build in phase 3. there will be plans for house for each lot, that is if you buy a lot, the builder has already picked the plan for the house- great eh? the club house will be spectacular, and the assoc. fees are high and will probably get higher as the months go by. the best deals in the ridge at this time would be in phase 1 and 2, have seen some good ones if you see the house, the lots and the waterfront. some are not completed and you can get at a good price, some below the appraised value. they have some type of open house every sunday. the lots in phase 1 and 2 are a lot bigger than phase 3, so that is why i think the deals are still to be found in 1 and 2. good luck if you are looking!!!!
