Was by there this past weekend. They are well under way with building a multi-story main building and have a sign out front that says they will be open for business Spring 2015.

Ditto that.  I have no idea how they can process other than by water, since the available open space for car parking is nil.  But quite a building going up, at least two levels and possibly three. 

I wonder what if anything is happening with the Parker Creek project.

You may have already see this but here's what their plan looked like after Labor day, I snapped a pic of what they had displayed in the Parker Creek Marina:
