It is with great sadness and a broken heart that I write this to let everyone know Steve Passed away at 11:30 this morning.  Please pray for DD and the famlly as they grieve the loss of Steve.  No one in the history of this forum has passed along more info or helped a greater number of forum members than Steve did through the years.  He offered his vast knowledge and free advice to any who sought it on these pages for many years.  He and I met through this forum and grew to love each other as brothers.  He loved this forum and its members and never forgot that it was this place that led to much of his success by becoming loyal customers and good friends in many cases.  He was a good man with a heart of gold that I am proud to have known and loved.  He will be greatly missed by me and many others.  

I will post details about Funeral arrangements when I get them for those that are interested.

So sorry to hear this about Steve. I appreciated his years of unselfish adivce on this forum as well as his humor. Didn't know him well, but my son and I used Cathouse on several occasions for our boats and always enjoyed talking with Steve and DeeDee. Good folks, indeed. Prayers to his family.

Yes, Steve was a friend and a valuable member of the community. He was so unselfish with his advice about boats. I also appreciated him sharing his faith in Christ with me and many others. He will be missed on Earth but has definitely ascended to Heaven!

A sad day for all of us on the loss of a friend. Steve was just a genuine nice person who was willing to unselfishly share his love and knowledge of boats and motors. I will never forget my friend Steve.

My prayers go out to Dee Dee and the family on their loss.

This is very sad news.  Prayers for his family.  Used to see him on this forum generously helping people, giving advice and making people laugh.
