It's gettin' to be time for winterizing boats.  Last year was very cold.  We replace / repaired 16 engines that were NOT Winterized.  We will start running a service truck to Lake Martin customers in the next week or so.  Please call us if you want to be on the schedule.  Thanks again for all the support from Lake Martin.  We love yall.

Respectfully,

Steve Northington

Basic winterization on most Four Stroke Outboards are around $125.  A service call charge may or may NOT apply.  Depends on how many more we can do in a relatively close area.

I will get a basic price list post made later today.  I was reluctant to do that, because I think it crosses the line on Advertising on the Forum.  But, in this case I will.

CAT, if forum members ask the question it is not advertising for you to answer the question.

Although I have used your Northeast shop (Lake Martin) for repair work and have been very satisfied with your work, I refuse to admit that Summer is over.  Man up and meet me at Young's Island - the pound puppy dog swims year round....  Let me know when, and if the wife approves it - I am all in.

So, if you don't show up you will just blame it on your wife??????  And you say "man up"!!!  Just sayin'

Steve how can you pass this up.  Meet them at Youngs, winterize the boats.  When they get ready to leave you can summerize them too, then follow them home and winterize them again....lol.  Triple the money seems like a no brainer, even for an uneducated wage grade like me.

Yup, about like the sign on the back of trailers - "I go where I am towed"...  Jus' sayin'. ;-)

I have a Honda 150 outboard and have so far done it myself.  What do you do for a winterization?  Can you do it on a boat lift?
