I know this area as it is close to our house. I had heard from a neighbor that it was going to be developed with multiple houses, two or three on the water and 2 or 3 off the water. Had not heard it would have a marina but it would not surprise me if they have a common dock so the off water homes have water access. I have looked closely at it and there are stakes that seem to imply multiple lots. I was also told that all the homes have been sold but can't confirm that and never saw them for sale. Also, it had a bunch af construction materials on the site for a while but they have been removed.
The property is owned by Arrowhead LM, LLC, registered agent is Brian Smith, 270 Doug Baker Blvd Ste 700-284 Birmingham, AL 35242. If folks are concerned about his plans for the property they can always reach out to him. I looked for an announcement of the public meeting but couldn't find anything, which is weird.
