I completely understand that decision making process........I'm positive that if PP was telling it, he would say that he enjoyed his Sunday much more than having to get his equipment out, cleaned up, safety checked, haul it out to the boat, then go out and find a descent spot out of the way so some dummy would not run him over , then suit up in that perfect autumn weather and exhaust himself just looking around in the clean cool water and then having to reverse the process to only realize that he had wasted an entire beautiful day burning fuel while breathing from a bottle of gas!

Nope, I would have said that I loved the drive to the lake and that I look forward to the leaves changing colors. I would have said that although it closely resembles work, that I would have loved washing down the boat, and hauling the equipment was good exercise.
I really don't enjoy putting on a wet-suit, but this time of year and the water being so low I probably wouldn't have worn one.
I would burn some gas left over from last fill up. And I would have really enjoyed seeing what lies beneath...
I sure missed this trip, but there will be others.
AND, I didn't see where anyone wanted to go with me...
