Pier Pressure has now admitted that he fraudulently hijacked my alias by manipulating the Forum's software at 2:37.19AM yesterday and again at 12:23:05AM and 2:36.44AM today. I notified the Webmaster yesterday and he was able to determine who did it and how it was done, but now Pier Pressure says he can do it two different ways.

I'm sure Pier Pressure is proud of his little SICK trick, but it endangers the viability of this Forum. Everyone on the Forum should be wary of this individual's ability to ruin the system and damage the integrity of anyone on the Forum.

I have asked Bruce (webmaster) to remove the above threads.

How do we know this is really you?? Regardless, I agree with your post. We may not always agree but we need to keep it HONEST.

Osms, I did not have to admit that I created a message string with your profile, because I know there were too many ways of identifying me as the source anyway. As a matter of fact anyone reading the board could have figured out it was me simply by the fact that no one other than me had posted after midnight, and both of my posts (including the "fraudulent" one) were around 2 AM.

I had made one post which was not defamatory, but an attempt to be funny. I then stated that I wished that it would have been allowed to run its course because the comedy value would have eased some of the tension, and I think most of us need a good laugh time to time.

Then, someone used my alias and made a statement that I liked boys or something to that nature. While I see the value in it, I also found it disturbing. Other statements could have been made for a laugh... I had intended to leave the post string because it proved the point that ANYONE could easily do this, and it is easily recognized by the forum moderator/creator.

As for my actions creating a lack of trust for others, it was always my intention to "come clean" after a day or so. As a matter of fact, most people knew it was me anyway because I had told them offline.

There are two ways that I have found to use this software to make this happen, and none of these actions are aversions, hacks, intrusions, or other. My intentions were neither malicious nor criminally motivated. I benefit nothing from this, other than a good laugh. I have a reputation of being an honest person, and I also have a professional "code of conduct" concerning these issues. I would gladly volunteer my time to assist in correcting these vulnerabilities in this software so that this cannot happen again.

Bruce, if you would like my assistance in securing these "web forms" please let me know. I think we all need some reassurance that what we read comes from the legitimate source...

So, I came clean on using the Osms alias. Who wants to come clean on using mine?

Oh what an entangled web we weave, when first we try to deceive....

I wish I was as smart as I think the rest of you think I am, but I'm not. I used to be, but then all of the fumes started to get to me. I should have stuck to sailboats.

PP I though it was the fumes that got me and then later realized it was vaporlock. Nearly lost my mind. I grabed me a gator and powdered his behind and when I touched the powder off that gator lost his ...........well you guys know the rest.
