Are all of those green eggs fired up? Are the grills working overtime? It sure smelled good at our place today. We slow cooked 5 racks of baby back ribs, 10 bratwurst, 2 pork loins, 2 turkey breasts, and some chicken; most is already gone. We also had a nice boat ride on dad's new pontoon, played some cards, and enjoyed family time. It may be a rainy weekend, but it's a great start for summer 2009!

I use a Weber kettle grill, but it sure sounded like a bunch of folks were going to use the egg this week.....I was trying to get intell on where my Sunday boat ride would take me if the rain slows down (LOL)

jlacz, it's a long way to the north end of the lake when the rain's knocking on the door but you know you're always welcome! We'll fire that big green egg up and get grillin'! I may even be able to find a beer or 12 in the fridge! :-)

DH is getting ready to fire up the Weber kettle. We're doing ribs with our special process. If you brave the chance of rain, stop by. We're the ones with the knee deep grass.
