Check out this 1.4-acre lot that they seem to be asking $800K for with a price increase of $620K. Hard to tell but at best it is on Sandy Creek....not Sandy Creek area but Sandy Creek near Highway 49. And I thought some of the other prices on Lake Martin were crazy high.....

In one place it says 1.4 acres, and if you read down, it says it is 88 acres divided into 2 parcels. The price seems more realistic for the acreage, rather than 1.4 acres. Unless of course it has been rezoned for some kind subdivision. If it is only 1.4 acres, I hope they are not holding their breath.

OK, 88 acres would make more sense although a price increase of $620K in July still sounds a bit off.

Just dropped in price to $700K. Still listed on Zillow as 1.4 acres in the title.
