If you got delivered a box via the Post Office last Saturday, and it isn't yours, could you email me? (Click on my name) The post office delivered my box to the wrong mailbox last Saturday. I followed up with the Post Office today and it was clear to me tht they have no idea where it was delivered. According to the scan it was delivered at about 9:20 on Saturday, 22 September and place in a mailbox. It is a Staffordshire cow creamer.

Wasn't to us, we no longer even have a mailbox. I guess our lottery winnings are just piling up in the Alex City Post Office.
You got my curiosity up. How do you cream a Staffordshire cow?

LOL. I'm so mad at the Post office for lying to me. First they tried to tell me that they didn't have a box for me on Saturday, but I had the day-by-day tracking information, showing the date and time of delivery. Then they tried to tell me that they accidentally delivered it to the vet on 259, but we know that there is no vet on 259 - so then they said it was the boading place - but I seem to recall that the owner told me that they don't get mail delivery, because they had things stolen from the mailbox, so now they have a PO Box. But I was assured the mail person was going to go there, pick it up and delivery straight away to me today. That didn't happen. I don't think they know where they delivered it. This post is my last ditch effort to see if anyone on here might have gotten it.

Sadly it is probably going to have the same fate as my dog ramp but maybe it got delivered to someone with ethics. I did have to look to see what the heck it was.

That's what I am hoping. Someone will realize it isn't theirs and put it out for redelivery. Worst case is that she delivered it to a address of a part timer who rarely comes.

If you know your neighbors well enough and which ones are part time you might try checking mail boxes to see if its there......if you feel comfortable doing that. I know I wouldn't mind if my full time neighbors did that....heck, they all have a code to my front door.

I had to DDG it to see exactly what it is. I looked at pictures. So did you order the $40 one or the $1840 one?

After following your ongoing saga on your missing package, I just had my faith renewed that there is still some degree of "honesty" alive in the world today. I just called my sister a couple of days ago to wish her well on her "73rd Birthday". As we talked she said "let me tell you what just happened to me." She and her husband went to Walmart grocery shopping. He stayed in the car and when she came back she told him to push the button to open the trunk. When the trunk didn't open he got out and went to the back of the car to open the trunk. Shortly after they got home he realized he didn't have his wallett. At that point they became "frantic". He had his credit cards, social security card, driver's license, and other important items , along with $2400.00 in cash in his wallett. That was the only place they had been and he had not gotten of the car anywhere. She called Walmart and talked to the the person who handled lost and found. Believe it or not, after she had described the wallett, it had been turned in. My sister said she finds it still hard to believe that it had been turned in. She said that there was no information about the person who turned it in. It would be interesting to know a little information about the person who found it. She would liked to have given a reward to that person. One thing we do know, they placed "honesty" above any other "choice" they might have made. It is also nice to know that the Walmart employee who handled the situation was not tempted by the large amount of cash. I feel sure that my sister has provided some sage advice about the need for her husband to carry large sums of money in his wallett.

That is both amazing and heartwarming. I love to think that most people are basically honest and will try to do what is right.

$2,400=2 stimulus payments........Man, that's alot to carry around. You need to introduce him to a new thing that is available called a credit card.
