Stopped there this morning. Looks like a septic system is going in. Lots of nice rock work being done on walls also. Footings for several waterfront houses have been poured on one side of the narrow part of the slough. That part is so narrow you will be able to converse with neighbors on the other side of the water without raising your voice.
Looking back at their website, I noticed that the drawing of the house that appears on the home page includes vague white outlines of houses on both sides, extremely close. Judging by the footings, I would say the houses will be much closer than those at Eagles Point.
