Got a kick out of your statement that some of us have nothing better to do than "post on this forum all day long." You might want to go back and chronicle your recent "posting" history. Regarding the thread "Bo Laughs at Hate Speech," in which, you made the above mentioned statement, you posted 13 times. Pot calling kettle black perhaps?

You go back and check postings. I had at least a 3 or 4 week period when the wing nut rantings of this forum frankly bored me. It was only when especially stupid things are said that I can't resist getting in a few comments. I get much more useful info on the "jokes" forum than from the rightwing jokes and jerks on the "Off topic" forum. By the way if MM want answer my question how about you. Has Rush ever said anything so outrageous and offensive that you think he should apologize?

If you will go back and re-read the thread, you will find I have "no dog in this fight." I haven't mentioned or even commented on the "hate speech" of anyone and have asked for no apologies. I just found it amusing... you commenting about others spending all day on this forum with your 13 posts in 1 thread and, almost forgot, your "tag-along" statement.... GF, Hound. JAG.... where y'all is?

Lamont, architect wants to change the subject which was never, ever about what she said but how the Messiah reacted, demonstrating his lack of class and providing yet another fine example of how he is not what his teleprompter told him to say during the election.
As I stated below, I don't care if she apologizes. I don't care if Rush apologizes. I don't care that Feherty apologized (other than what is says about him). Architect is a little slow to pick up my point.

(1) Lamont I was making a general comment re: posting. You were not specifically included. BTW MM had 16 posts in the Hate speech thread. (2) MM I agree I changed the specific subject from whwther BO should have laughed at Wanda Sykes. I didn't know I was breaking the rules, but if so I apologize. I shifted to the question which you still are unable or unwilling to answer. Maybe the world doesn't want to know, but I still do.

OK. Here's the closest I will come to answering your question. I would not ask Rush to apologize for the lame joke but if he did I would make the same comment that I made about Feherty in contrast to the others. I do not believe entertainers need to apologize for their comments. If you don't like them don't listen to them or watch them. They have no ability to negatively impact my life like politicians can.

You unmitigated farging bastage! You had to hit me with that one. My advice to you is bring a tester to my deck when you come over for martini's this summer. You will need one.....
As for me, Kettle One vodka, straight up, two olives. Heck, if you take that back I may even invite Hound. I need her to see I am not a complete ogre, although I am a right wing, Christian nut job......

But, why is it like pulling teeth? Now, next question. Why is it "Hate speech" coming from Wanda Sykes but only a "Lame joke" when it's from the mouth of Rush Limbaugh? Quickly now. I think I already know if your honest.

Look, you and other Messiah apologists tried to change the subject and make this about the sick leftist who made the comment. It was never about what she said but about how the Messiah responded. I am not answering any more questions because whether or not it is a tasteless joke or hate speech to hope someone dies from kidney failure, in either event a person with class would not laugh at it. Obama has no class, he is a narcissistic Socialist and he is very bad for this country.
You voted for him and I am suppose you will be happy when some nameless, faceless unaccountable government employee tells your elderly parent, friend or relative that the benefit of proper treatment just doesn't justify the cost so go home and die. After all, its your patriotic duty. As for me, I will have the money to pay for whatever treatment they need and once again the common man will be screwed by the very same people they vote for because they want "free" health care, or they want the government to pay their mortgage (like that idiot woman in the town hall meeting who is still waiting). Everything we predicted is happening although much quicker and much worse.

It says something about whether you have an open or closed mind that you are offended by being asked why with those you oppose it's HATE and with those you support it is at worst a LAME JOKE.
You know Marteinsteini Man you may be a great guy in the daily normal circunstances of life, I hope so, but on this forum where most people are trying to have some combination of reasonably intellegent conversation, the exploration of opposing ideas with a degree of good humor, and plain old fun; you often come across as obstinate, paranoid, arrogant, and completely humorless

Here's a design principle for you Archie, when you point one finger at anyone, that leaves three pointing back at you. Your description of MM sounded more like a self portrait than a description of MM, except change conservative to liberal.
Actually, I am beginning to think you are George Castanza, who 'always wanted to pretend to be an achitect'.

When you can't compete in the arena of ideas you resort to name calling. Talk about the pot calling the kettle black...... Don't worry my friends on the Forum, I will still sleep well tonight knowing that the architect of the forum thinks I am humorless......that is unless he designed my house. :-)

I don't know. Lewis Grizzard always said "barbeque is a noun, not an adjective, if it ain't pork it ain't barbeque". A well known historian, I can't remember who (left wing i'm sure) had a similar restriction relative to the martini, "if it's not gin it's not a martini". I think I remember MM discussing vodka and martinis in the same sentence.

Mark Twain, Will Rogers and Bill Mahr are all considered liberals relative to the era. Barry Goldwater was certainly not a liberal but he once told Jerry Falwell to kiss his rear. Can you imagine MM doing that? Oh Lord I forgot, Falwell is no longer with us, MM Please don't scold me for speaking ill (indirectly) of the dead.

I completely agree that a martini without gin isn't a martini but I am bowing to the nomenclature of the day. I hate to admit it, but I just prefer a vodka martini to a gin martini. Cheers!
By the way Hound, even though you are almost always wrong I do like you and though you will never admit it I suspect if Republicans can get their act together you will abandon the dark side.

Ah, gin, a subject near and dear to my heart...
From Wikipedia..."The martini is a cocktail made with gin and vermouth. Sometimes, vodka is substituted for gin, although this is properly called a vodka martini or vodkatini."
My favorite is Beefeater straight up, extra dry (meaning if there is a bottle of vermouth somewhere in the county, that's good enough), the only dirt comes from the three olives, and it must be swirled, not shaken, so that the gin isn't bruised. My wife rolls her eyes every time I order one at a restaurant or bar.

I got very, very sick from too many gin and tonics on a hot summer evening in my youth, I cannot even bear the smell of gin.
A nice single malt scotch isn't out of the question though.

You need to look at some of the other threads where the subject of "docks" was discussed. It is a veiled reference to another four letter word with the same consonants but a different vowel....you are a smart person, you can take it from here...
Now, with that newly found knowledge, go back and read my posts....:>)
