If all lakeside property owners on the lake will put their hose pipes in the lake and turn on the water full blast then the lake should fill up at one foot per week.

At that rate by the end of september it should be at full pool.

Since it is our water bought and paid for, APCO and the COE should not be able to let it out of the lake.

Just a thought! I suspect that the water for the homes on Lake Martin comes from Lake Martin. So the overall effect would be nothing.

A better plan would be a discretely placed large hole at the bottom of the dam on Wedowee. It is 1/4 the size of Martin so if we take 40 feet out of Wedowee that would be just about right to get us back up to full pool. They don't need all the water anyway, its so deep someone could drown.
