I recently computed my rate increases from Alabama Power.  From their website I was able to figure my costs for a day in April 2021, and compare  it to the rate from a few days ago.  I figured from days of similar usage and broke it down to $/kwh.  We are now living with a BIDEN caused electric power increase of 29%, just in the past 22 months.  

First 2 sentences are to answer GOOF-IDIOT’s question, before he can dream it up!!  I really didn’t know coal and water generation had gone up so much!

And if Wal-Mart is to expensive there is the dollar store - or you can get 10oz instead of 32 and pay a whole lot less.

Din't you hear?  They are going refund $62M to their customers for overcharging, but they aren't doing that until Aug 23.They got caught.

I had not heard that.  Consider this, they have 15M customers so that's about $4 each.  Of course if this was a result of a lawsuit that means $2.90 each and the lawyers get $19M.

Tell the Southern  Company in Atlanta, that owns Ala Power, that you live on Lake Martin and want to buy your electricity based on the cost of generating the power from the Lake Martin Dam. Why suffer from the whim of the power company increasing your cost based on the price of  coal or gas? Be a "real" man  and stand up for your rights rather than being a socialist  blaming everything on someone else....speak up dude. Remember, write to  Tubby and tell him about the dam  and ask why your damn rates are so high.
