Probably all part of Putin's plan to bring the US to its knees.  The Chinese are in on it too.  That's their partnership.  Chinese would try to kill us off with a disease and then Russia woud finish us off with a war.  

I don't think I have every been this depressed about our country.

i agree-theres days i just want to dig a hole & crawl in-then i'm reminded of 4 close friends here who have probably 3-4 months left on earth

Yes.  One friend was diagnosed with cancer and another friend's youngest son died last week.  I have never envisioned how our country could collapse, but now I can see it very clearly.

It literally amazes me that people do not see how our response to the invasion of Ukraine was meant to punish Putin and in fact punishes Americans even more.  Do you think Putin gives a crap about how much the Russian people suffer?  Not a bit.  And in their next "election" he will win with 95% of the vote and the other 5% are headed to the gulags.  And the gall of Biden and everyone associated with his administration to pathetically try to blame Putin for everything bad happening in this country right now.  These are all self inflicted wounds caused by incompetence and stupidity....gross, total stupidity.  

Can we survive?  I think so but every day I grow less optimistic.  Joe Biden is like a one-man wrecking ball seemingly intent on destroying all that is good and functional with this country.  The question is whether there are enough voting Americans that can see what is happening and actually vote for something incrementally better....Republicans.  That is the real question.

What if we had to establish the United States of America today?  Who would be the founding fathers, what would be our founding document and how long would we survive?  A rather frightening thought.
