Are there any circumstances under which a President's Executive Order(EO), can be over ruled, voided, etc., if it is found to be overly detrimental to the exceptional standards which we the citizens expect from our United States of America? One example is the present crisis of illegal immigrants on our Southern Borders. Border Patrol agents in McAllen, Texas found sixty undocumented immigrants in eight rooms in a local hotel, many with the covid virus. Retiring Border Patrol Chief said without a doubt the current crisis has been unlike anything the Border Patrol has faced in our 95-year history.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           Another EO of interest is the immediate shutdown of the Keystone XL Pipeline. It is not just the pipeline workers who lost their jobs, but it is all the other businesses(hotels, restaurants, etc) who will suffer from the shutdown of the pipeline.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               Also what about the EO bringing into the question of "transgender females paticipating in female sports?                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            How can one understand  his "mindset" behind the immediate signing of over 40 EO's? It appears to be one of "give me an EO" and I will sign it.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       I just saw that Saudi Arabia's Saudi Aramco(the kingdom's state owned oil behomoth), took 100% control of the sprawling Port Arthur refinery in Texas on Monday, completing a deal that was first announed last year.The Gulf Coast facility can process 600,000 gallons of oil per day, making it the largest refinery in North America. That means that oil that was to flow through the Keystone Pipeline will now arrive in Port Arthur with Saudi Arabia receiving the revenues. Shutting down the pipeline ended the oil coming to the Unitrd States from Canada that would be more economical and, plus oil wouldn't be transported by rail and trucks which is less safe. We have already started to see a significant rise in gasoline prices, and will likely see much more.

As near as I can tell, he is just hellbent to overturn everything Trump ever did, without regard to the outcome.  I suspect that he and Obama have been plotting this for some time.  Now I see where he has decided that Trump has "no need to know" and will no longer receive intelligence briefs.  

It's going to be years down the road, but historians are going to see this as the turning point for the downfall of America.

Well Archie, regarding hypocrisy, a squad member, Cori Bush, this past weekend quoted from MLK Jr's "a riot is the language of the unheard"while advocating for the St. Louis jail riot.   If riots are indeed good again,  according to the good doctor, does that not apply to Trump supporters, who the vast majority of peacefully protested in DC on Jan 6?  Or are riots good for only the left's oppressed?  The fact that you can't face your own party's vast  hypocrisy is testament to your blinders that you must donn every day.

worthy reasons but are always constitutional and to be at least tolerated if not encouraged.  Riots and violent protests are never acceptable even if the cause may be considered worthy or at least understandable.  Riots in support of any cause left, right or in the middle are not acceptable...ever.  Any political group, wherever they fall on the spectrum, that refuses to accept peaceful protest or condemn violent protests is an unacceptable group.  Do you condemn the violence at the capitol during protests by people supporting someone you admire with the same degree of disgust that you condemn the violence from the summer's BLM protests?   Do you support the vast majority of BLM peaceful protestors as strongly as you support what you claim to be he vast Majority of MAGA protestors in Washington?  Your answer?  Will you prove you are not a hypocrit?

Peaceful  is all fine and good

firey but peaceful is a f'ing riot / mob

You break it you bought it via fines or jail *period*

any idiot left/right/center who entered the capital / broke anything / stole anything should get punished.

any idiot who looted, burned building, churches, launched fireworks at police, created autonomous zones etc should be punished to the fullest extent of the law.

Now lets discuss how the two sets of criminals have been treated....  summer riots, burning, looting was a wonderful cause to the left, hollywierd and leftiests everwhere raised bail to get them out of jail and approved of their message.  Pelosi said she did not understand why there were not more going on, Harris raised bail - it was the summer of love. News media told us our eyes were lying to us for months, over 700 people did not die in those protests, police were not surrounded and their buildings set on fire with them inside.  ACAB and all that unity and love flowing freely.

We got to listen to Demonrat politicians and yourself lie about Trump/Russia, we got to listen to vitriol and hate from the left in terms of get up in their faces, if you see them out let them know they are not welcome in society, we got nutters who wanted to kill republicans based on the words of the left.  

Trump has a speach that says the word "fight" as well as lets walk over peacefully to have our voices heard, using many of the same words the left has used for the last few years - And for using the same words that Demonrats have, He is going through a sham impeachment *again*, liberals are calling for anyone to the right of Stalin to be sent to gulags and be deprogrammed.  People who support or voted for Trump should be treated like criminals for their political beliefs.

The differences are stark - as you put it the last year was "constitutional and to be at least tolerated if not encouraged", but again you lump in the "vast majority of MAGA protesters in Washington" with the small minority who went into the capital building.   So when are you going to get your head out of your a$$ and admit the "Vast majority of MAGA protesters in Washington" did not enter the capital.

I would love to see a breakdown of by  % of #s of peaceful protesters vs people who looted, broke windows, set fires, assualted officers, used IEDs/fireworks against officers in the summer of love VS the "MAGA protesters in Washington" vs the criminals who entered the capital.

And if you want to go down to contested elections.  The left has claimed that Trump was not legitimate for 4 years, Clinton said Biden should never give up the 2020 election.

Demonrat Elias of Russian dossier fame - while fighting against Trumps claims of problems with machines and other election issues, then turns around and then makes the same claims aginst elections in NY and I think it was Idaho - and not a peep about how that was the end of the world as we know it, BUT TRRRRUMMMPPPPPPP!!!!

One of the impeachment managers wanted to toss Floridas electors in previous elections, Demonrats have objected to counting state electors in every election a republican won back as far as I can remember, but that was not the end of the republic,  But this time TRRRUMMPPPPP!!!!!! 

So please use that awesome big brain you have buried in your buttocks and explain its different because TRURRUUNMMPPPPP.
