"You are incredibly safe to go out," Vos told The Journal Times in a Facebook livestream. Vos said he was serving as an election inspector and that wearing the personal protective equipment, or PPE, was mandatory.
Standing in front of cars lined up for curbside voting, Vos said people working at polling locations and those voting in person face "very minimal exposure."
"Actually, there's less exposure here than you would get if you went to the grocery store, or you went to Walmart, or you did any of the many things we have to do to live in the state of Wisconsin," Vos said.

What’s the big deal.....it’s only a dimokrap “group grab”. No qualified candidates, just old farts trying to stand up and act like they’re only 65. Nobody cares.

Wisconsin Republicans went to the State Supreme Court and the SCOTUS for favorable rulings to prevent allowing a few extra days for absentee ballots to be included. WHY??? cause they want a Republican running to fill a seat on the State Supreme court to win. The election is more than the Dems primary. My entire Forum time is correcting your back woods mentality. Too bad, you are stuck in the woods. But then again, bigots generally live in the past.
Remember the sit ins during the 60s??? They would not have the impact these days sitting at least 6 feet apart.

GOOF, I notice you posted the dimokrap topic of the week that the US Supreme Court refused to allow the dimokraps load an election with illegal, stuffed ballots. Love it. Finally, someone does something! Please explain to us why dimokrap voters can’t vote in elections according to the laws....ya’ll can’t do anything w/o cheating.....

Same reason Porkloin Pelosi wanted to use the coronovirus bill to remove voter ID nationally and allow ballot harvesting and extending mail in voting - so they can change the rules to make it easier for them to cheat. GFY is just wanting to make the rest of the country look like the cheats from Dim fantasy lands.

I totally understand your concern...afterall, both of you are such patriots. You want to protect the country from voter fraud which, even I have to agree, is a noble cause. I assume you mean fraud like this....
By Alan Blinder and Michael Wines Feb. 22, 2019 RALEIGH, N.C. —
Republican politicians across the country have for years railed against the threat of voter fraud. Some have made unproven claims about how rampant it has become in order to pass voter ID laws and open sweeping investigations. The sanctity of the vote, they have said, must be protected at all costs.
But when a hard-fought congressional election in North Carolina — in which a Republican candidate appeared to narrowly beat his Democratic opponent — was overturned this week because of election fraud by a Republican political operative, the party was measured, and largely muted, in its response. The state party chairman, Robin Hayes, issued a statement after officials ordered a new election calling the affair “a tremendously difficult situation for all involved.” National Republicans have been mostly mum.
President Trump, who has made election fraud one of the hallmarks of his administration, was quiet on Twitter, although on Friday, facing reporters at the Oval Office, he condemned fraud — “all of it, and that includes North Carolina.”
Mark Harris, the Republican nominee, had eked out a 905-vote lead over Dan McCready. But the North Carolina Board of Elections refused to certify Mr. Harris as the winner and opened an investigation into irregularities. This week, the five-member board, made up of Republicans and Democrats, convened an evidentiary hearing in Raleigh at which witnesses described a voter-turnout effort that relied on the rogue collection of absentee ballots.

Glad you were able to locate that republican who did wrong - Hopefully he spends lots of time in jail and is never allowed to run for any office ever again, hopefully you can say the same for your fellow demoncraps?

Whenever there is an upset on either side, they claim voter fraud. I have never really understood the big to-do about having to show an ID to vote. You already to it in medical offices, to fly on a plane, and if you pay for something with a check. I don't think the incidences of voter fraud are as frequent as all these people seem to think. I think whenever a new way of voting comes up, the claim of voter fraud comes up, because they just don't want to do it.

I personally would not care if they did it by cell phone or something - but there should be security, verification, audit trails and you should personally be able to review your own ballot(s) after voting and after counting to make sure the system did not change your vote or something.
Mail in puts too much in the hands of people to do bad things. I had to sign up for a postal service to get a scanned image of anything being delivered to my house because so many things were going missing at one point for my daughter, medical bills, mail order - lots of things went missing. Now when something for my address hits a post office I get a picture of the box/envelope so that they can hopefully find out who/what/where things were geting "lost".

I didn't know they would do that.
So many of the credit card companies now send you a code when you want to log on. The CENSUS sent me a code to log in with. I don't see why they couldn't do something similar with voting. I get annoyed when Washington won't try something new. It was like telecommuting - it took them so long to get on board with it. My feeling is that you try it - and if there are abuses, you deal with the abuses.

I did not know either till I called the local postmaster raising questions for the 100th time.

It was funny after I signed up nothing goes missing anymore making me think it was someone at the local postal office that was the problem.

That could be. Out here on the lake, we don't always get mail - I know this because something I ordered with say "out for delivery" but then it doesn't come and may show up 2 days later. I don't know if the postperson calls in sick, or if they just decide not to hit my street that day. I would rather poke my eye out with a stick than have to go into the Alex City post office. Totally inept.
