and some in Congress would have us believe a Resolution condeming anti-semetic remarks will have some effect on the newly elected, hate spewing, left wingers ?? yea right--similar to a U.N. resolution condeming beheading, rape of women & children--that really changed behavior; suffice it to say i think the Dem party can kiss goodbye to the Jewish vote--forever, thanks to the newly elected rogues whom the leadership fails to reign in

I wouldn't count on them losing the Jewish vote.  Far too many are secular and left wing to care about the antisemitism in the Democrat party.  For many Jewish voters Israel is just not a thing that will move them away from Democrats.  Maybe will hurt with fundraising but even there I am not sure.

Why do they always think they can legislate behavior?  Unless it helps prosecute those who engage in anti-Semitic activities, then it is worthless.

I am sure that this observation would somehow be considered anti-semitic.  And just for the record I personally don't consider most of their statements to be anti-semitic.  They may be wrong or wrong headed or stupid if they alienate Jewish voters, but most of them aren't bigoted IMO.  Maybe I am wrong but I consider statements like what we hear from Farrakan and the David Duke's of the world to be anti-semitic. 

I read an article recently that the Democrats are losing Jewish voters over these freshman reps.  Considering there are only around 5M Americans that are Jewish I don't think the votes count as much as their political donations.  Oh wait....that was probably anti-semitic too. Good thing I didn't throw in the LGBTRSTUV crowd as it would have also been twenty different phobics as well.
