This nutcase is melting down and taking what is left of the GOP with him. The judge, so reviled by Trump as being biased against him, is the same judge that, over the objections of the plaintiffs, scheduled the case to be heard AFTER the election. Trump should be kissing his honor's behind instead of ranting against the INDIANA native approved by unanimous voice vote by the US Senate!

Yeah.....I feel your pain on this.......it's disgusting......in fact about the only thing worse than this to happen in our body politic would be .......if say a President was to take a purely political cheap shot at and give the finger to the Supreme Court during a dignified setting like the SOTU speech in front of the whole country and world.
Just remember Archy....Clinton begot Bush...begot Obama....begot Trump the nominee.

As a Trump supporter, I think he has become a bit deranged on this issue. I can understand his concern, but apparently there are other motions his lawyers can make. And I am no lawyer, but I wonder if he would have the right of appeal if the Judge rules against him. And referring to the African American among his supports as "my African American"
I'm afraid he is alienating those who are supporting him despite their doubts.
In the meantime, I guess Bernie Sanders is planning a shoot out at the Democratic convention, while Hilary's outfits get worse every day. It appears that she is gaining a good deal of weight, and she gets shriiller by the day.
I find myself avoiding all news coverage and prefer to read what they say - so I don't have to listen to their voices.
I hate this election cycle.

Yeah, it was a disgrace for Obama to make it clear he was appalled at the Citizens United decision...a decision that over 80% of the country, including Donald Trump, opposes. Did you hear him say that Chief Justice Roberts was biased and unfit to hear the case? I didn't. It is perfectly OK for any American to disagree with a judges ruling. It is something else again to hurl personal invictive and accusations against a judge before he or she even rules...unless of course you want to be thrown in jail for contempt!

Oh pluuleeze..............get out of your fetal position.....the judge will be ok, he's a fed, he has job security for life.....he'll be ok.
The larger issue of heartburn for you lib dem's is you want another R opponent like that very polite, play by the rules wuss Romney who would never call out Candy Crowley for her over the top lie that rescued Obama during the debate. Win, lose or draw.......you know Trump will not roll over for the D's or the press. Better get used to it. And.....I'm not a Trump supporter, but am for anyone who will beat the Clinton Cash Cow.

Go to al.com, which is the remnants of the B'ham News on line and you will see a complete take over by out of state liberal trolls whose soul purpose is to dominate this blog website. It's happened in the last three months and is evidence of what you say. BTW, al.com, a compilation of B'ham, Huntsville, and Mobile newspapers, has been purchased by the Times-Picayune from New Orleans, so in essence there is no source of online "news" in Alabama, except Montgomery Advertiser which is either owned or married to USA Today.

"liberal trolls whose soul purpose is to dominate this blog website"
It's encouraging that Wixxie Poo has confirmed that we socialist dimokraps have a "soul" unlike he and his fellow bigoted Trump supporters......
This is what you conveniently overlooked on al.com……"Another list is out with Alabama in an all too often spot: near the bottom. This is one - from the financial website Wallethub, - took a look at how the economies in each of the 50 states and the District of Columbia are doing. Alabama ranked number 44 on the list."

With probably 30% of our population on welfare and food stamps, with no motivation to climb up out of the pits of poverty, and dependably voting dimokrap, what else can you expect but economic failure for the state. You hand 'em food, educational opportunities, free healthcare, and free housing and this is what you get in return.....a dumb, unmotivated, slug dimokrap!!

Incredible. There has never been a time in history when so many people declared their support for a candidate while disavowing what he says, ignoring what he means, and endorsing his irrationality. Now, he's making racism fashionable again.
This is not "Making America Great Again",. it's the ultimate proof that we are really foolish.

What has Obama done during the last seven and a half years that makes one think America is at a level of greatness? As President/Community Organizer, he has done more to divide our country at a time when he actually was in a position to be a President of all the people and create a better America. Instead, he has failed the African/American constituency of the country, created an insurmountable national debt, has failed to provide any rational plan for defeating ISIS, watched as our economy has reached a level of almost no growth, and "apologized" for America being "GREAT". Yes, we do need to make "America Great Again".

What a stupid rant bordering (maybe outright trespassing into) being racist. Do you honestly claim that Trump is a "uniter"? If so, be careful of anybody offering to sell you a Gulf front lot in Kansas!
BTW, how does your 401k and stock portfolio look today compared to 2008?

You really have a way of "classifying " people by saying that I am "stupid" and bordering on being a "racist" based on my comments. Regardless of how you go about arriving at those conclusions, I am far from being a "racist" and was actually hoping Obama was going to to be a President that would use his position to be more concerned about finding ways to help African/Americans as well as people of all colors to reap the benefits of a thriving economy. He had every opportunity to do "more" but actually chose ways of generating more division throughout the country.

So, tell me oh wise one, how has your portfolio fared under this "terrible" president in comparison with the muched loved "W"?
Funny how you seem to have no problem whatever judging a president (or me), but seem to have a pretty thin skin when you are on the receiving end. A lot like Herr Trump I guess.

I don't know what you think my portifolio has to do with this discussion. Perhaps I don't have a portfolio. I find it amusing that just because I don't agree with your left wing views that I am stupid and racist. You seem to be so gifted in being able to lable me based on a few comments I made during this discussion, I think you may have missed your calling. You seem to read minds so well maybe you should have been a fortune teller. Rather than continue to engage in reasonable debate about a subject, you seem more interested in attacking those who see things differently from you. Other than being stupid and racist, I can't wait to find out more about myself that you have deduced from the comments I have expressed.

Your portfolio (and it is an assumption on my part that you do have a stocks and bonds cache and if not it reinforces what you incorrectly claim to be my other assumptions about you) is relevant because you started your comments with the basic claim that no good had happened in the Obama years when in fact one of the many good things has been the big run up in the value of equities and in corporate profits which support the run up. Of course it also points out an Obama failure...he really sucks at Socialism?

Since when does not having a stock portfolio lead to the assumption that a person is stupid and a racist? I assume that you have a stock portfolio.

It doesn't and I did not say it did. I did NOT say if you Didn't have a portfolio it would reinforce my assumptions about you. I said it would reinforce what YOU yourself incorrectly said or assumed were my assumptions.
Yes, my wife and I do have a small portfolio of stocks, bonds, CD's and real estate. Some are regular investments and some are IRA and SEP IRA's. Even with our considerable withdrawals for purchases and travel and with interest rates on the CD's being well below an average of 2%, the portfolio value has more than doubled since Obama took office. Now I do not claim Obama should be given much or any of the credit, but it does demonstrate things are not nearly as bad, at least fiscally, during the terms of Mr Obama as you would have us believe!
