I think Rubio will lose some traction based on his performance tonight.  Cristie and Bush really went after him.  Rubio must have been President of the Debate Team somewhere along the line.  He speaks well, but when you think about what he says, he didn't really say anything.

Rubio is like a robot. SIRI could do a better job answering questions. A real lightweight. The Doc is history. Bush is few debates late but showed some energy tonight. Trump was cool and basically shut up but showed compassion for homeless. Cruz was neither here nor there. Christie went back to his Joisey roots to go after Rubio. Kasich had his best debate but he cannot appeal to the Right because of accepting Medicaid funds in Ohio. He would appeal to Independents but not conservative enough.

He couldn't respond when Christie nailed him.  The truth is, he may mature into a fine leader at some point, but it's too soon for him and it is not his time.    The one that really scares me is Ted Cruz.  He is a sociopath and why people cannot see it bewilders me.  Talk about dangerous to America?  He would be far worse than even Hilary or Bernie.  They say that Trump is like Hitler, but in truth, Cruz is the one like Hitler.  And he will say anything to get elected.  And none of his colleagues have anything good to say about him.  He portrays it like he is standing up, but he's also standing completely alone.  And as much as we think of Congress as a bunch of sheep, there are some good people there; but they don't get much airtime.

Maybe, but most politicians wouldn't stoop to claiming someone had dropped out of the race in order to get his votes, when it wasn't true.

I think most candidates underestimate how hard, if not impossible it will be to implement their promises.  The President doesn't really have as much power as most candidate think (As Obama found out) and you've got to work with Congress and the states.  That's why I like Trump - I think he has the wherewithall to work with various groups.  My only concern is that he will become frustrated quickly with the glacial speed of Washington.
