"B. Rabbit - Please don't throw me in the Briar patch".
"NFL andNBL players - Tell my Club Owner to send my 7 million dollars salary to my 1.5 million dollar yacht. This modern day slavery by the club owners is horrible and I may have to go back to the projects."
I'm so tired of hearing this slavery crap from the multi millionaire black players that I'm about to throw up.

after their strike. What sent me over the edge was Patrick Ewing saying "this is about feeding my family". Now I know NBA players tend to have 10 kids from 8 different women but unless Patrick had 25,000 kids he would have no problem feeding his family on the millions he made every year. I can only imagine the disgust of some of the older players that made a fraction of what these guys do today (even accounting for inflation).
This is all about old fashioned, run of the mill greed. Players want a bigger slice of the pie.

This is exactly why I just don't watch Pro sports anymore and, I am a sports fanatic. I grew up spending all day Sunday, after church, watching Professional football with my Dad. Now, I don't watch it at all although, I did watch 2 and 1/2 quarters of the Super Bowl. Then as the game got interesting, I went to bed. Yep, for me, it's all about College Sports............... where all the Big $$$$ are "under the table."
