Cat, you were in a dream I had last night. I dreamed that I came into your dealership and told you that I wanted to buy Feb a new corvette with the high performance engine. We decided on blue.
Feb says he likes this dream..and was pleased I knew that he wanted the high performance engine.
Maybe you'll dream about us taking delivery... LOL!!

Funny indeed Hound! I had sorta the same dream but different car. In my dream, you and FEB came in and he fell in love with the 2010 Camaro SS. My take>>> Torn was FEB between the classic Hugger Orange and the Silver one. His decision making process slowed by the sheer raw beauty of these striking beasts. His knees shaking, he pressed the remote start button. He barely could stand while thinking of the powerful 6.2ltr. fuel injected V-8 power hooked to the 6 speed automatic transmission! His mind wondering wildly thinking of himself, in total command of one of these breath taking machines. Could it be. As he quivered with excitement, his eyes left the gorgeous 20" wheels and became fixed on the power sunroof. He then paused, and began to sing Beach Boys music while having visions of cruising the summer beach roads. FEB had officially entered, "The twighlight zone". <<<< Then, I poked him and he came out of it... He picked the Silver one. Thanks for the purchase.

WW, you can have the silver one. LOL
Hound was dreaming of me over 30 years ago when I had a red 61 Vette. It was probably the only way I ended up with her.
I was stopped by the Military Police at Ft. Monmouth, NJ with her in the passenger seat. They wanted to charge me with excessive exceleration for squalling the tires. I simply explained I was having trouble with the choke, and they let me off.
Those were the days. I guess - "Glory Days" as Springsteen would put it.
Cat, the new Camaros are a winner. I hope Chevrolet does well with them.

I wish the Rolls had that sound. When stepped on it sounds more like the whine of a jet engine. We took it for a spin today over to Catherines, up 63 and back over to 80 to HWY 259 and back to storage.
It drove well. and we remarked for a 43 year old car it had a great ride. The interior wood work is a work of art.

>>>>Soon afterwards, shortly after FEB had returned from "The twighlight zone", Hound came up missing. FEB and I hunted hound feverishly. As I waited on FEB to change his diaper from the previous Camaro experience, I imagined that finding hound would be a tough task. We browsed the 5 acre facility, but hound was both invisible, and silent! Then, as hope faded, we heard a slight whimper coming from a 2010 Tahoe. As we looked inside, we saw Hound, caressing, yet clawing the leather seating surfaces inside. As we peered into the Tahoe, noticing the ignition switch in the on position we realized Hound had activated the heated seat option, and she was obviously in a compromised state of mind. It was obvious to FEB at this time Hound had been drawn back to her dating days (hopefully with FEB) bringing her back to reality would be a tough task, and possibly would damage her mentally. Suddenly, the battery went dead and all the seating functions quit. It was then FEB removed Hound from the Tahoe, franticly hugging and kissing Hound while saying "You were dreaming of me". <<<<< Hound came too, and said she don't remember. That's my take of things anyway.

Hound's 2010 Lincoln Navigator has all those options and more. In fact, she has every option available for her vehicle.
You saw it at Cotton's.
I could be history when ever she chooses. What ever the sign is for a sad face, you would see it here. 0:( I am only wishing and hoping she keeps me.

Don't make me type another chapter. This is starting to get fun. After all, she did have a dream about me! Or at least I was the only forum member in it. Might it be that Hound and I were playing "footsies" under the table at Cottons that day? Chapter 3 may come soon enough.

If this is true, she might be taking a step up. Kind of like going from a chevrolet to a cadilac.
I noticed you sock on one side was kind of pulled down.
We would make a swap, but I doubt I could afford DD. I know for sure you could not afford a Hound. LOL

DD could do much better than you or I.
She would not take a second qlance at this ugly beast. (Being Me)
I hate to be nasty other that with so and so, but you ain't much better than me in the looks or handsome category.
We can ask NC2?
You and I are just lucky men. Lets plan for you and DD to come visit. It is long over due.
Then DD can pick which clock she wants. I hope she has better taste there that she had when she chose you. LOL
Both She and Hound can comiserate over bad choices in men.

Feb – so you had a ‘61 Vette. I had a ’62 with both tops. Drove it for 4 years and sold it for $1200. Probably the single biggest mistake I have made in my life. At the time, I was tired of no air conditioning and the 4 speed stick. It was in perfect shape except the padded dash was starting to cave in. Bought a Stingray with auto and A/C. Wish I had either back.

Corvair..... '66 - 140 HP, 4 carbs (big fun to sync), 4 speed. My Dad bought it for "me" when I was 14, learned to remove/rebuild motor (it was already 10 very rough years old). I seem to recall his driving it far more than I did....
