OOPS!, Hit enter rather than tab.

From what I understand Fall Cruise will be the weekend of October 16-18 at the regular place. Come visit and walk up the shore to see a varied array of the houseboats moored on Center Hill. If you need directions let me know and I will post them.

The boats all congregate on the long shoreline across the channel from teh mouth of Mine Lick Creek. From Hurricane Marina, Edgar Evins, Holmes Creek (hidden Harbor) or Center Hill Marina (Cove Hollow), head up the lake. Go under the Hwy 56 Bridge and around the corner. We will be at the end of that long straight stretch on your right. From the marinas above Davies Island come down the lake, through the narrows. Lakeside will be on your left, Austin Bottoms on your right. Go around the corner and the boats will be on your left. I looked for a map with mile markers but don't have one here. When I find one I will post that info.

Cold, rainy and WINDY, but still 56 boats braved the elements. We had a tremendous fish fry with our 12 boats (55 people). The foliage should peak in the next two weeks. If you get a chance come spend some time on Center Hill.

Exactly where you are tlking about... I already had my boat winterized..... It seems like that is taking place sooner every year.... It must be the tailgating.....
