If that were true Hillary would have been in jail over her server, Hunter Biden would be in indicted for tax evasion, Biden would be indicted for corruption and bribery, Biden and Pence would be indicted for having classified documents and half of the DOJ and FBI senior personnel in DC would be in jail for the Russia collusion hoax and the lying to get a FISA warrant, not to mention the many renewals.  In my view any GOP candidate that uses that language should be seriously considered as eliminated from consideration.  But I am sure they will use it to attack Trump.  But for ones like Pence who also took classified documents it is all I need.....and I didn't need much.

I was just listening to a lawyer taking apart the Justice Department for those pictures of boxes.  I believe there are 121 documents in question, and yet they show rooms full of boxes. Surely all those boxes did not contain classified material that was a threat to national security.  While I believe that classified documents should not be removed or retained by anyone witout a need to know, I really think they are pushing the envelope with this indictment.

We are deep in Lavrentiy Beria land, now, the province of Stalin’s top cop, who supposedly remarked, “Show me the man and I will show you the crime.” America is no longer governed by even the pretense of the rule of law. The assault on Trump may be designed to neutralize him as an electoral force in 2024, or in some extraordinary way it may even be designed to solidify him as the besieged leader of a fractured Republican Party and elevate him as a martyr in the eyes of his deplorable legions. Either way, it is clear that American history has been split—between republic and tyranny—and we are somewhere in time near the cleft.
