i know, i was skeptical too. but try it, it is a very good soup for a cool or cold fall day.
2 packages greens
2 cans navy beans
2 cans chicken broth
2 onions
2 packages of conecah sausage
4 vegetable boullion cubes or one package of knorr's vegetable soup mix

Cut sausage in dime size pieces. Put sausage and greens in stock pot with chicken broth and fill the rest with water. Put all but the navy beans in and cook for about 45 minutes. Add beans and cook 15 minutes more.

taking some Conecuh (did I spell that right?) to my son-in-law in Asheville tomorrow. Since he's a Birmingham AU boy he will be excited and probably start a bean pot! That's the only way he can tolerate a Dawg father-in-law :-)

I've actually had this soup and it was real good. I seem to recall everyone went back for seconds.
