I can see him with his little flippers beating…flapping excitedly against his basement belly.  “Oh I have baited another intelligent person into responding to my bait.  Oh! What fun.  I am so smart!”

Facts don’t matter.  Reason doesn’t matter.  Law doesn’t matter.  Science doesn’t matter.  It is all about amusing himself by wasting the time of others.

I wish someone would cut his umbilical cord.  He might then be forced out into the sunlight.  Truthfully, no one can be that discombobulated without being on life support. 

His very presence on the forum decreases the SNR.

It is sad that I have to log into just to avoid his drivel.  But... it's like paying for your anti-virus protection - avoiding parasites.

He wears his -20 karma rating with some twisted high regard.

Wow - wonder who you are describing there.... LOL

Few things I would love to see admins around here look at since we here so much about Democracy / Mob Rule.  At some point if the Karma drops enough have someone take a look at some of their posts and if the karma is warrented byebye.

Flagging posts - if the admin checked a flag and saw it was not legit flagged, a warning - multiple times byebye.

Unfortunately, he's probably a geek and has an intimate relationship with his computer.  And like our special Alabama cockroaches, you can squish one... but it'll be back.  Same cockroach - different name.

He'll sign up with a different name.  It will be fun for him.  It's the only fun he gets.  Like doing your wash by hand.  It's the only available substitute for real life. 

It's really NOT his/her/their fault.  Mommy should have broken his/her/their plate when (ibid) turned eighteen.  He'd have to go to work - probably enjoy some real self generated success.  He might have even established successfull social and romantic relationship(s).

But... for now... satisfaction comes from being annoying. 

If we never addressed ibid or ibid's comments... as if ibid doesn't exist... THAT would be the solution.

But, that would have to be a concerted effort on our part.  The LMF webmaster can't do it for us... nor should we ask it of him/her.

We know ibid by ibid's syntax and contextual alliteration.  If we just skip over ibid's posts, then he'll move on to fresher venues with his stale, fetid, alliterative "hand work."

A bunch of you like to speculate on who/what goofy is/is'nt.  Please stop.  He is not a basement dweller living in his mommys' basement.  He is a retired octagaren who acheived a modicum of success as a high ranking executive in the insurance industry.  I have never ratted him out openly becasue I am a man of my word and when he trusrted me with his forum ID I promised him I wouldn't.  I haven't.  In fact this post contains more info on him than I have ever posted before.  I have been posting for years that I know him and have NEVER ONCE DEFENDED HIM.  In fact I have used very derogatory language to describe him, but I never named him.  It gets tiring watching some of you guys continue to speculate on who/what he is. Accept the facts of who/what he is please and stop with the basement dwelling kid crap. These are things he is not.

What he is, is a  dye hard liberal of the most loyal order. By definition that means he is not logical and very gullible to mass hystereia.  He enjoys yanking ya'lls chains and watching you take the bait.  He is an idiot that supports anything the liberals want to do, including killing babies up to birth and even byond.  He is fool that thinks democrats have to 'save the planet from made up problems'.

Someone on the forum used a link to a Vanity Fair article about his son and some info he had inadvertantly dropped on the forum and tracked down his identity so a lot of folks actually know who he is, but being gentlemen allow him to keep his identity "secret".  

Bludgeon and badger him all you want about his inaane, sometimes insane, and mind numbingly dumb rants about Trump, Trump, Trump.  I encourage berating him although I think he is a masochist and enjoys it.  Thats why I stopped.

Lifer Ihear ya and agree. I too know GF's identity and occasionally tweak him with anonymous references to his doctor son. But in spite of the fact that he took advantage of my wiilingness to reveal my identity... and he not return the favor, I haven't openly divulged his name.  He knows there are some of us who could "out" him in a microsecond but choose not to.

Why are we debating each other on protecting our anonymity as a screen for incivility? ALL YOU HAVE is your name. If you hide it, you abdicate it.

Do not say anything on this forum you would not say to another participant’s face. Then, there would be no question of sincerity.

If you are not winning a debate… concede the issue at debate. Do not debase yourself before the others.

The crux of science is that some other scientist might come along and destroy your thesis by bringing a proof of his thesis that you and other scientists can replicate. It is the curse of the AGWs that they cannot defend their thesis before real scientists.

BUT, I assure that you would be summarily dismissed from a thesis defensive if your actions or comments became derisive.

There is NO excuse for misbehavior during debate. NONE! If one cannot maintain self-discipline, then one should excuse themselves to avoid embarrassment.

I agree Major.  But when I met him he was not as obnoxiuos as he is today.  Yes we was a liberal who loudly and proudly supported abammy, but he was somewhat entertaining at times.  Not the constant Trump hating machine he is today.  But the bottom line is I am a man of my word and I told him I wouldn't reveal it. so I don't.  My Dad taught me that your name is the ONLY thing you take to the grave with you.
