And BTW, do we know the name of the individual who shot and killed a female, unarmed Veteran (Ashli Babbitt) while climbing through a Capitol hallway window?  Where is your righteous indignation with that event Archie?  Oh yeah, you never heard about it so most likely it never happened.

As well, Trump the hero will be making a trip to the border soon.  The media blackout of this crisis is about to end, because wherever he goes, Biden be damned, they go!

Did you see your Trump sycophant senators huddled at the border.....??  It looked like third graders playing army in the back yard  and Lindsey Graham's mother forced him to go out and play with the toughies.  It also reminds me of the Democrat years ago whom I think was running for President until he did a photo op of his little head in a helmet sticking out of a tank.....his candidacy immediately sank.

and his statement that the events at the capitol presented ''zero threat''!  One would think that any reasonable person would believe that the tragic death of Ms Babbitt as well as Officer Sicknick doubly demonstrated the crassness and stupidity of your hero's statement.  Where is your indignation of Trump?  Of course, I guess that ''reasonable'' caveat lets you off the hook doesn't it CRD.

BTW:  Both deaths were tragic.  Ms Babbitt would likely still be alive had she not been ''climbing through a capitol hallway window'' to join a crowd invading the US Capitol and Officer Sicknick would likely still be alive had some of Ms Babbitt's allies not attacked him for doing his job.

Ms. Babbitt was not "joining a crowd".  There were Capitol Hill police all around her, she was, per video evidence, trying to gain entrance, unarmed into the hallway adjacent to the House.  There were no other individuals who breached the Capitol in that hallway.  If she were such a threat, she would have been certainly detained by the various law enforcement personnel in her vicinity.  She was shot, point blank, by an individual whose identity, for a certain reason, the gov't wants to hide.  

Regarding Sicknick, see Lifer's post above.  His death, though tragic, was caused by, according to family members, a thrombotic event.  Do you think it was because of the pepper spray he received?

Certainly happy to hear that the DC Circuit is allowing individuals, such as those below, whose only crime was trespassing (misconduct) to be free on bail and not have to plea bargain for a crime they did not committ while incarcerated indefinitely.  Clip the wings of the DOJ.  From the DC Circuit:

"Munchel and Eisenhart did not organize the election protest or the ensuing march to the Capitol, hatched no advance plan to enter the Capitol, and acted in concert with no other protestors. Nor did they assault any police officers or remove any barricades in order to breach Capitol security. They decided to enter the Capitol only after others had already done so forcibly. By the time they made their way to the building, police were making no attempt to stop or even discourage protestors from entering. To go inside, Munchel and Eisenhart walked through an open door. While there, they attempted neither violence nor vandalism. They searched for no Members of Congress, and they harassed no police officers. They found plastic handcuffs by chance, but never threatened to use them. Munchel’s threat to “break” anyone who vandalized the Capitol was intended to prevent destruction and was addressed to no one in particular. [snip] Munchel and Eisenhart voluntarily left the building -- while many other protestors remained and before the police began to restore order. Their misconduct was serious, but it hardly threatened to topple the Republic. Nor, for that matter, did it reveal an unmitigable propensity for future violence. "

Yet, they have been held without bail until now.

May I suggest that if you decide to crawl through a broken window into an area the is obvioulsly off limits and someone is protecting the area with a gun aimed at you that you do not climb through the window.

I am sure if someone were rushed to you with a bullet wound and your question was "How did it happen?" and the response was "We broke a window into a secured area and I was the first to climb in and the armed officer shot me." I sense you would shake you head in disbelief. 

You make a big issue she was unarmed and a veteran. She was just an unarmed veteran who was tresspassing.

I wonder what the response would be if she were a Black supporter of BLM?

She was breaking into a place restricted to her entry.  You sure weren't as charitable to the also unarmed BLM protestors who tried unsuccessfully to break into the Portland Federal Building.  Does whether protestors are pro-Trump or anti-police brutality determine to what extent you consider them criminals? Am I really hearing this crap from you and Fish?  There were Capitol Hill police all around her on the stairs leading up to the hallway.  Why was she not shot point blank by them? They saw her climbing.  Me and one other campanion could have subdued her without a shot being fired.  The shooter was not in full view, but obliquely angled with his handgun barrel visible.  What a coward.  Now that you have introduced the race subject, what if this lady had been an AA and was shot point blank by a white, non uniformed armed House attendant?

a restricted Gov't building should receive the same treatment as any other person attempting the same stunt.  It is you that has no problem with Ms Bobbitts action but spent many many words in strong and angry condemnation of similar acts attempeted by Black men and women over last summer.  It is obvious that whether an illegal act is a problme for you depends 100% on the politics of the actor. Whether any of them deserve getting shot for such non-lethal acts another discussion, but the bottom line Ms Bobbitt was performing an illegal act and the tragic outcome proves the stupidity of your Hero's very definitive statement!

Glad to know you think that someone who is trasspassing on your lawn who is not a danger to you or others should be murdered, I am thankful you are anti-gun and hopefully do not own any - because you are a threat the safety of your neighborhood.

Problems I had with all the riots this summer was the violence, destruction, arson, rape and murder - not with the color of someones skin ( you are the only one who keeps bringing skin color to the game)  and now you are saying anyone who is commiting any crime iit s ok to take their life.  Do you support shooting children in the neck at Walmart if they pocket a pack of gum????

I am pretty sure I know your stance on George Floyd - or are you now saying that the cop kneeling on his neck while he died of an overdose is A-OK?- you do know he was passing fake 20$ bills or is it only wrong because he was colored?  But if he was a white male you would have no problem with what happened?

Are you now for the death penality?  We know you cuddle abortion like a teddy bear at night and that you have no problem murdering the innocent, or those now committing minor criminal actions, but you are willing to protect the lives of hardened criminals, thugs, gang members, illegal aliens.  Apparently in your world view anyone who breaks the law can be murdered and that is OK.

or you are unable to understand what you are reading or you ignore anything you read that is counter to your bias.  I did not say shooting someone for breaking and entering was acceptable.  I did say what is good for the goose is good for the gander without regard to race or politics.  You make it obvious in your very statement that you have a real problem with the tragic death a Jan 6 Capitol intruder but are gung ho to shoot and ask questions later for anybody protesting the treatment of George Floyd in a way that you consider unacceptable.  George Floyd was certainly not a model citizen and in fact he was probably a thug, but he DID NOT deserve to die when he did in the way he did.  You are apparently one of those yahoos that is completely comfortable with a law officer deciding to play judge, jury and executioner as long as the perp is not to your liking.  I'm not
