I fully understand the constitutional requirement for search warrants to search and/or seize anything from the citizenry. But please explain why a warrant would be needed to retrieve FEDERAL RECORDS that were illegally obtained and/or stored on an unauthorized and improper computer. It may turn out that Carlos Danger used his access to Humailiated to download anything he could to use as a get out of jail free card. Also we all know that if shrillary manages to sell the election Humailiated is going to be right beside her but how could this Muslim brotherhood syncopat be given any type of security clearance with what we know now?

Personally with it in their posession already I would not think that the warrent was necessary - sort of like the feds busting in your front door with a warrent for drugs but finding you in posession of illegal firearms / explosives.  

Think it was more of a CYA move by Comey to make sure that it was not a loophole to be used before a grand jury if it comes to that.
