Not sure if I make your list of five, but one shouldn't take lightly any time any police officer has to shoot any person.  And any means any.

If yours is a serious question as you claim, then don't start your usual line of diatribe about anything conservative.

For a change, read carefully before making your usual liberal comment:

The case in Tulsa involved multiple COPS,not the one you insinuated.  The cop who shot the man was a female who was in a car by herself when she came upon a car stopped in the middle of the road, over the yellow line, with the motor running.  Man outside would not tell her whose car it was and was acting drugged.  Meanwhile, backup cop arrived and police helicopter arrived.  Driver walked back to his car slowly reached through the open window as if to get gun.  Backup cop shot man with stun gun, and lady cop fired one shot shortly after.  Now, in your feeble mind I'm sure that killing an "unarmed" man is grounds for 6 months of blm riots, but cops have to be prepared, and when a perp refuses to follow instructions, this shooting may occur.  My suggestion to you, wait for the formal investigation before jumping thru your butt, as you usually do.

BTW, tell us about the dozens of innocent people injured in NYC and St Cloud by dimokrap muslim immigrants.  In your mind, I'm sure you just know that these fine muslims were denied their rrrrrriiiiiigggggghhhhhttttssss, and those 3 dozen innocent people got what they deserved.  How about it?????

Sorry, cannot see how any part of my post could be interpreted as a diatribe against conservatives. You are not among the 5, who we all know are very likely of 2 opposing opinions on this, (copper, GF and me on one side and Wix and Lifer on the other).  On most of the deaths at police hands there is usually some justification (often weak) or possible mitigating circumstances that give at least some validity to the police actions.  I have looked at the video over and over on this one and can find no evidence that this is anything other than a completely unjustified act.  In a word, it was murder!

For a change look at the visual evidence rather than the verbal description before making a comment.  The claims made by the police report are discredited by the video.  The man may have been a thug and he may have been on drugs and he may have been on the way to rob a liquor store, but the two videos clearly show he always had his back to the police, he kept his hands in the air all the time, and he did not reach into the car. After the kill it was discovered he did not have a gun, either on his person or in the car. He was tasered and shot at almost the same instance...a bit overdoing it regardless of the situation!

The video that I saw must have been a merging of different videos, one from air and others from land.  They switched from one to the other often, and I kept wanting to see all the way thru either the air view or land view.  From what I saw the guy had hands in the air most of the time, and did not appear to be a threat.  He was standing at the car when shot.  Benjamin Crump, lawyer, presented some pictures which indicated the window was not open as he stood at driver side door.

Can you post links to the videos that go from start to finish without editing?  What i saw just stopped too often and cut to the other.

Yes, I am uneasy about this.  Particularly given the audio where the cops start saying he is a big dude and probably on drugs.  I've looked at two different videos and I can't see why the police shot the man, after they tased him and he was on the ground.  It makes me wonder if there is something more to the story, because there were no less than 6 officers at the scene. The man did not appear to have committed a crime and one video I saw the man was walking away from police with his hands in the air.

I know the cops are on edge these days, worried about people taking a shot at them for no reason.  But I keep thinking about that case that was either in Georgia or Alabama, where a black man had been in a car accident and went towards the police for help, only to be shot.

The Chief has promised a full, objective investigation.  Let's hope he means it.

I googled the event and looked at several videos from several sources, but they were all exactly the same footage.

What I saw was a clip of the 2 videos (ground and chopper) but they were back to back, not switching and they seem pretty definitive.  I was not aware of any pics from the attorney.  The whole thing is disturbing.  Even the talk from the chopper is disturbing...I don't know whether there were more than one person from the chopper making the comments, but initially someone says "he is obviously cooperating now"...he was walking hands up with his back to the police... and a few seconds later ''He looks like a bad dude"...as if anyone looking at the top view of a man from 60 or 70 feet in the air can make a call as to his disposition.  How can a man hitting the ground prostrate after being Tazered need a bullet as a bonus?

I feel very bad for them and wish them and their families well, they were targeted by an Islamic terrorist who will be tried, found guilty and put in jail.  The citizen in Tulsa was targeted by someone who was supposed to ''Serve and Protect'' and, if things go as usual, his killer will soon be back on the job with the thanks of people like you.   You are for sure among the deplorables!!

Charlotte seems to be a different case.  It would seem the police saw him exit his car with a gun.  Then he went back to his car.  There is a dispute over whether he was reading a book or not.  His family claims he was; the police claim there was no book in evidence. I'm not sure if there is video on the Charlotte case. 

I saw another video of the Tulsa shooting from another angle.  It would appear that the windows of his vechicle were up, as there was a long streak of blood down the side of his vehicle that is also on the window.  So he definitely was not reaching in his car for a gun or anything else.  I try to be very objective about these police shootings.  Most of the time I can see why the police shot - the person is not doing as asked, or is fighting the police, or actually appear to be reaching for something in the car.

Black police chief says black man with gun was shot by black police officer after black man with gun would not comply with black officer's request to put down the gun.  Blacks loot Walmart and several trucks.  Blacks riot.  Tulsa and Charlotte police departments will most likely be put under federal control before our black president leaves office.

I'm never sure what the rioting does for the situation, except to make things worse.  That's why I call BLM "thug lives matter", because in these situations it's not the business owners and the residents who are rioting.  It's thugs.
