Called Alex City Outlook yesterday to report missing papers and was informed that they will only be offering a Wed and Sat paper.  How sad.  I enjoyed reading the local news and seeing the pictures.

Now that’s interesting.  I just checked their website and there is not a mention about cutting back on printed issues.  That’s news...should have announced it.  Guess they’re a victim of covid.

They did announce it  online and in print.  No great loss.  The subscription rate is to stay the same though.  My mother-in=-law said she will not renew next month.  She has been a subsriber for probably 50 years.

they did announce it.  I'm thinking of cancelling my subscription though because I am a digital user and half the time it doesn't get updated until sometime in late afternoon.

They are a useless and pointless.  The only service they provide is the daily obituarys but youo can get them off local radio and TV.
