Only Hillary Clinton receives more expressions of outright hate on this forum than President Obama. The Lake Martin Alabama area appears is a sad island in a national sea that has a much more positive attitude toward Mr Obama. In the daily Gallup poll of 1500 Americans published every day, one has to go back to April 10, 2016 to find a net negative rating for the president (minus 1) and all the way back to January 2016 to find more than 2 days in a row when he was upside down. He has enjoyed an above 50% rating every single day since 8/24. Today he is at 55% to 41% (plus 14%) positive.
Do you guys really think you are that much smarter than 55% of your fellow citizens? If so, why?

I don't put a lot of faith in polls. In the 2012 election for President, in the final survey before the election, the Gallop Poll was found to be the least accurate out of 23 polling firms that conducted surveys. It is also pretty sad when only 50% of the people think you are doing a good job.

Except for the Election day ''poll'' I don't put too much credence in the polls either, but I will point out that on average the polls under estimated Barack Obama's final vote in 2008 and 2012. And no, 55% (not 50%) support is not something to be proud of, but it is a lot higher than most presidents at this point in their administration. That ''awful failure'' Bill Clinton being the most recent exception. You, of course, did not answer my question...
Another question, do you encourage Trump's supporters to accept the results on Nov 8 or are you one of those suggesting a consideration of a ''coup'', as some Trump supporters have, if Clinton prevails?

I may accept it - but at some point after "holding on" in your words I may decide that enough is enough if the pay for play, quid pro quo or any number of other scandels continue to grow and the lawlessness of Washington rises to the level where myself and other American citizens must stand up and say enough is enough.
Same as I would do if a dumb a$$ republican held our laws in such contempt and attempted to destory the fabric of our nation.
Has nothing to do with R vs D - you yourself said she had her flaws, but at least in your opinion she is better then oompa loompa, at some point you yourself would have to be able to draw a line in the sand that if someone, anyone regardless of party crossed it you would have to say enough is enough.
