From the Dem convention.  Approval up 4%, battleground states, including MN are a tie.....and all this with oversampling Democrats. Amazing to watch the end result of the DNC convention is a bump for the President.  What a hoot.  Question is whether Biden will see a similar result for Biden from next week's event.

The only polls I see that even remotely adhere to your claim are those from the Republican Polling group Trafalger! Every other reputable  poll has Biden leading nationwide by 4% to 12% and ahead in PA,WS,MI,NH and MN.  A poll out today from Global Strategy even has him up 2% in TX!

Me thinks you may be whistling past the graveyard again MM!

You are quick to quote polls that also had shillary up by 16 points right up until the only one that counted.

The only poll that showed Trump having a snowballs chance in hell was Rasmussen and they have it at a dead heat last I checked.  POTUS approval ratings up 4 points during convention, so tell us what a GREAT conventin it was. We are dying to hear it.

Latest Rasmussen has Biden up 4%.  Now please lead me to one single poll less than 3 months before the 2016 election that showed Hillary up 16%.  The final polls showed Hillary up 2% to 4%...she won the popular vote by 2.2%!  I love the way Trumpistas never mention the fact that in 2016, 54.1% of the people voted for someone other than Trump!  Look for it to be closer to 60% this year.  If Biden gets 6 or 8 million votes more than Trump (very likely) and Trump still manages to sneak in by the Electoral College (very unlikely) look for LOTS of new people to exercise their 2nd amendment rights!

Saw your reply before I logged in.  Rasmussen showed a 4% bump in Trump approval during the DNC.....unprecedented.  As for the polls they all show a tightening race and they all over sample Democrats.

As for your comment about polls in 2016, here is just one from two weeks before the election showing Hillary up by 12.  I for sure recall polls having her up by as much as 16 but don't recall the dates.  No doubt the polls favor Biden but you could be setting yourself up for the very same feeling you had in 2016 when Shrillery lost.  And I do hope Biden runs it up in California and NY like Shrillery did.....will give you leftists something to whine about until 2024 if Trump wins the election.

I keep getting logged out of the Forum on my iPad which is why I saw Archie's post.  But unlike in the past, I can't respond directly to his posts because when I log in it sends me to main page and his posts disappear.  And I don't see any of the replies to his posts when I am logged in either.  So for you benefit and education, I have to reply to my own post to respond to Archies.  I try not to look but curiosity sometimes gets the better of me......and I am rarely disappointed by his vapid posts which is why I have him on ignore.  Recall I let him out of the penalty box for a while.....against my better judgement......but put him back in permanently when he said he was perfectly fine with economy tanking from more ChiCom virus deaths if it got rid of Trump.  That kind of evil, vile thinking is more than I could handle.

I find the Ignore feature and the rating as rather immature for mature adults. I always thought that is what middle school kids do to get back at someone who won't date them. I do admire your truthfulness that you sometimes sneak a look at his postings. I assume you will always see his posts when you first come on the Forum and they only disappear after you sign in. Or does the system recognize your computer and have him on ignore even before you sign in?
