As a teacher, Trump has taught his Sec of Commerce how to lie and, like Trump, get caught. Ross lied to Congress.....that's a Federal offense....lock him up. If he were a Democrat, the righteous Right would be screaming jail. But, the Right supports lying....assume they encourage their kids to follow the President and lie their way out. Yes, the President is teaching our kids to just lie.....but the Right believes that's cool.
WASHINGTON — Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross has shifted his explanation for adding a citizenship question to the 2020 census, saying he now recalls discussing it with Stephen K. Bannon, President Trump’s former chief strategist, according to court documents filed Thursday.
Mr. Ross, who faces a court order to provide a deposition to the plaintiffs in a lawsuit seeking to strip the question from the questionnaire, told a congressional committee earlier this year that he had only talked about the question with Justice Department officials to determine its legality.
Mr. Ross now says Mr. Bannon suggested that he contact Kris Kobach, the Kansas secretary of state whom Mr. Trump appointed to a commission to investigate his unsubstantiated claims that millions of illegal immigrants cast ballots for Hillary Clinton in 2016. The panel was later disbanded, and Mr. Kobach is currently the Republican candidate for governor of Kansas.

You are such a joke!!! You have never applied your standards to Hillery, Obama, or any of your other "mob" possessed Democrats. They have lied and cheated in every way possible. She has avoided prison time by having Comey and the FBI change the rules for her but would land you, me, and everyday citizens in prison. So you and your standards teach children that if you are priviledged and have the FBI(the top law enforcement agency) lie for you and have the "mob" behind you, you never have to worry about any of your transgressions.

I plead quilty. If they can find evidence then take her to trial. I have a major issue with her private server. Now, rather than use Hillary as your scapegoat, why don't you justify Trump and Ross lying?
I thought the party of morals, ethics, and God was going to clean up after Hillary. Ever day there are more lies. They lie worse than he Dems. Can you justify it? Or, is your justification...well Hillary lied...

Why don't you get off your "lie" kick when you know that was so prevalent with Obama, Hillary, and the rest of the Democratic gang? How could you get Hillary to trial when Comey and the Justice Department covered her every misstep? What about all the other FBI and Justice Department liars and obstructionist who have been singled out over recent months but still have not had to answer for their lies and plots because Rosenstein is as crooked as they come? There is nothing any more wasteful of our tax payers money than the millions of dollars paid to Mueller and his Democratic lawyers since "Russisa" investigation began 18 months ago.

With you, it is always the Dems who lied. You like to avoid admitting that Trump lies by blaming Obama and Hillary. Trump tells more lies in a month than Obama and Hillary told in 8 years. Put on your men briches and admit the truth...your hero lies.

It seems that when you have little else to complain about you usually come back to "lies" as your favorite subject. As to your comment about "britches", I, like a lot of other older southern men prefer to wear "bib overalls" unless I need to wear something a little more formal. Of course since you are an elitist from the north, you probably look down on those of us true southerners who like the practicality and comfort they provide.

Some years ago, when I lived in Atlanta I often wore high bid ovveralls. I was looking to buy a new Mustang and a wagon. I went to a dealer and was looking around. The salesman came to meet me and all he said was " the trucks are across the street". I have empathy for you as a poor ole whte boy wearing those high bids. As an elitist, I am really a wanna be redneck driving my F 150.

I want to give you credit for finally providing a logical and interesting response to my last post. However, they are "bib" overalls, not "bid" overalls. Regardless of our differences I can't help but ask the question, "were you hoping to get a good deal by 'masquerading' as a poor ole southern redneck white boy"? Just come on board as a Republican and we might include you in the ranks as a redneck.

I walked out and went to another dealer. I wore the same BIB overalls and a fishing hat. I went to the yard where they had their inventory and found the wagon with the fake wood on the side that my wife wanted. I walked into the showroom and wandered around for maybe 30 minutes. No one approached me. I left as they were closing and the sales manager was walking out. He asked if I had been helped and I said “Hell no…here I am wanting to buy 2 vehicles….” He gave me his card and said to call him…
I went back next evening and told him I was interested in both the wagon and wanted to order a GT Mustang. I was looking to pay $100 over cost for each. He said let’s work on the wagon first and then the Mustang. I told him no…let’s do both together. I was thinking after we did the wagon which was in stock, he would try and stick it to me on the Mustang. Long story…we made a deal for both cars $100 over cost on each. Picked up the wagon the next day and the Mustang was ordered.
To answer your question, as I look back I have to assume the only reason I wore the overalls was to role play as a poor ole white boy who sold the farm and had cash for 2 cars….

Does your experience seem to suggest that we good ole southern boys wearing "bib overalls" get no respect?

Only you can answer that. Wear your bibbies to Atlanta and see if they show you respect. I last wore my bibs about 25 years ago...Just don't wear your MAGA hat..... As you can tell, I am now more of a southern gentleman.

You say you are more of a "southern" gentleman. Why don't you go all the way and become a republican?
