  The vast majority of Americans want to seal our borders. They see the suicide Europe is comitting. They see what happens when hoards of incompatible, uneducated, violent people stotm over a border. Just ask the Romans. This is why we we should study history to see what works and what fails.

   However, could there be another reason here? We know the cartels own most of the governments in Latin America. They have tons of money made from poisoning our kids. It is said that money is the mothers milk of politics. All the Democrats and far too many republicans refuse to do anything to seal the borders. Could it bee that the cartels are funneling money to buy their votes? That is there way. I pray I am wrong but what else makes since in the face of over whelming public demands to seal the borders!

Anyone who supports open borders does so with ulterior motives in mind. Immigration is one thing if it is done with accompanying laws and a purpose of allowing entry to people who will benefit the well being of America. Allowing criminals and misfits to storm our borders is mindless. A country that does not control its borderrs is a country that fails to acknowledge its responsibilty to protect the safety of its people and provide the inherent guarantees of our Constitution.

I really do not understand why everyone is not for controlled immigration.  I do not understand why some groups want to let people just flow through our borders.  I have compassion, but if lawlessness has taken over Central America, then the people need to stay and fight it, not give up and come here.  That to me is part of the Latino culture - just find the easiest way and take that as the solution.  My belief is that these people flowing through our borders have nothing to offer the U.S..  They are uneducated and have no labor skills, and no means to support themselves.  For every one that is successful, there are probably 100 that will just become a burden to our country.  

This notion that allowing a free flow of illegal immigrants is the "American Way" is just rubbish.  And the politicians don't want to take it on, because one way or another, it will cost them votes, and they don't want to lose their cushy jobs with all the perks.
