Don't know about K Mart.......but there are blue lights on pontoons at night!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And according to the Marine Police.......they are legall when properly installed and will remain on. 

Nothing better than the blue light reflecting off of the beautiful waters of Lake Martin on a nice night time ride.
