We keep hearing that it is 60%, which is absolute nonsense unless you are relying on a vaccine to get there, which may never happen. What do all the cities/countries with close to no new cases and deaths have in common? They all have antibody numbers in the 15% to 18% range. That goes for NYC, Sweden and the city of Stockholm, which has double the population density of NYC. So when we reach antibody levels in that range the number of new cases and deaths drop close to zero.

What is ridiculous is people still critcizing Sweden's approach which was based on science while at the same time touting NY/NJ which were unmitigated disasters. Sweden sits at 575 deaths per million versus NJ leading the world at 1,806 followed closely by NY at 1,693 per million. The next closest major country stands at 860 deaths per million (Belgium). There are still four other European countries worse off than Sweden's numbers. The scientific illiteracy is beyond belief.
