if the $900 million stimulus plan was not passed:
He said without the stimulus unemployment would go over 10%.
We would not see net job growth until 3rd quarter of 2010.
So we passed the stimulus so that did not happen .... but guess what ... unemployment will still exceed 10% and the current projection is we will not see net job growth until the 4th quarter of 2010.
So what has the stimulus done. Oh yeah ... per the WH saved 650,000 jobs.

I once had a sailboat with had a small leak that I could not find. If I had found the leak, I surely would... could... have repaired it.
When you run up on the rocks and the water is rushing in... you know the boat is done for. The numbers are like rushing water... they confuse me. But, I do know that nobody is handling the leak.
Oh, well... give the grandkids a pump and a baler to help with their sinking boat.
