I am and read them once in a while.  They do good work exposing bad actors in the Catholic Church.  I tend to prefer Crisis Magazine and The New Oxford Review as they are less confrontational and more constructive in pushing back on modernism and the gay infiltration of the priesthood. Otherwise I have no big issue with them...just not my preferred tactic.

While I haven't yet seen it I have read numerous reviews and articles, none of which even mentions a Catholic charity, let alone that one is responsible for all the trafficking. That is utter silliness and I seriously doubt that Jim Cavezial who's is an orthodox practicing Catholic, would participate in such a lie let alone produce it.  On the contrary, the Catholic Church and multiple Catholic lay groups actively work to combat all forms of human trafficking. We hear about this issue on a regular basis from the pulpit and a number of second collections each year go to anti-trafficking programs.  And to the extent any organization is involved in human trafficking and uses the term Catholic they are lying, just like they would be lying if they used Southern Baptist or Methodist or any one of the 30,000 Protestant sect names.

Getting govt funding to provide services to immigrants, legal or otherwise, is not human trafficking.  In fact it is the opposite.  They take care of people, not exploit them.  And I can assure you that there are quite a number of Protestant churches and organizations get the same type of funding because they too understand Christian charity.  I am no fan of these services but I do understand we have to do something with these people when they get here. I would prefer to deport them back to where they came but that isn't gonna happen under Biden.

Unfortunately he is enamored with the anti-Catholic nonsense as well as Alex Jones.  I have every intention of seeing this movie and I am 100% sure it doesn't implicate the Catholic Church in human trafficking.  Otherwise papers like the National Catholic Register would not give it a positive review because it is obviously untrue.
