I found your reference to Boris Yeltsin"s introduction to "capitalism" to be very revealing. A recent survey found that milliinneals would prefer to live in a socialist country (44%) than a capitalist one (42%), or even a communist country (7%). Why aren't our college students provided historical information akin to Mr. Yeltsin's viewpoint on capitalism in lieu of the "brainwashing" they are being subjected to on the benefits of socialism. It's past time for America to wake up and realize that our educational institutions have been taken over by those who are" destined" to see the downfall of our country. Students can riot, destroy/burn public and private property, and prevent the freedom of thought and speech on our college campuses with no fear of punishment. As a people and a national government, we have stood by and watched both our public and private institutions become infiltrated with liberal leaders(both administrators and professors) whose liberal views are destroying the foundation upon which our nation was founded.

A few years ago I had an interesting experience with my Comrad Professor right here in Pell City. Seeing how ignorant about history the kids now days and being a history buff myself I decided to take a History course at Jeff State. The first thing this SOB wrote on the board was that this class is taught from a Marxist Prospective!
First thing I asked is, "What has Marxism ever produced but poverty, oppression and mass murder." It went down hill from that. I really didn't do too well in that class.
We have a number of good retired people now. We should get them to audit these cources and see what they are teaching! The cost is little or nothing for seniors. Strangely the second half of the coarse was actually history rather than revolution. Many are looking for something to do. Pass the wurd

I'm not sure that it is their education that is making them think that way. Once having left Mom and/or Dad's cozy home, they think that everything should be provided for them, because it always has been. They don't want to pay their school loans, so they want to make education "free"; they don't want to pay for healthcare, so that should be free too. They don't want to have to work hard - at least not in a way that will take time from their travels and their social media experience. They have been raised to think that they are the smartest person in the room, and yet, they are not being adequately praised, and challenged with assignments. These kids were raised to think like this, from the moment they were born. they are entitled.
I had someone tell me today about what a terrible thing it is that a "wealthy" nation won't give their people free healthcare. I pointed out that we are not the wealthy nation we once were and are, in fact, a debtor nation with a Multi-trillion dollar debt. And then I asked the question I always ask - who is going to pay for it? (no doubt that they believe that those wealthy people who are hoarding all the money, should pay).
