What if you were suffering from depression? What if you are a combat veteran suffering from PTSD? What if you are a soccer mom seeking help for anxiety? What if you are anorexic or bulimic? What if you’ve had thoughts of suicide? If you knew that your sessions with a psychologist/ psychiatrist were being monitored by the HHS, would you entrust your most personal situation… your diagnosis… to the snooping of “third parties” as determined by unvetted “navigators” operating an uncertified “data hub” with yet to be determined security problems?

Clear violation of the 4th Amendment.

If I was considering getting professional help for mental health issues, this would be the tie-breaker. I would not go to a professional’s office. I could not afford cash for discrete, off the record, counseling services. I would just suffer… and so also would my family.

The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) should include voting liberal as a mental disorder - “one who votes against his own best interests.”

Probable cause: Joe Shmedlap has been diagnosed with anxiety issues (HHS medical data base). Joe Shmedlap has (at one time) applied for a weapons purchase background check (NICS)

Action: Take a SWAT team to his house. Search for and confiscate any and all firearms.

Tyranny is only a heartbeat away and it is just as possible today as it was in the 1700's. Not many people have the ability to see such connections. Think about it.. Why is our publicly elected government so hell bent on taking away our 2nd amendment rights? They try to enact laws that would do ZERO to change situations such as Newtown. They use such events to slowly erode our ability to defend ourselves. Personally, if I think if everyone had a firearm on their hip, we would have a much more polite and respectful country.

Also, have a look at this video of an "Ex" police Chief Mark Kessler. He was fired not because he executed his rights of freedom of speech but because he used city weapons to make the video. You will either hate or love this dude.

Any gun owner behaving in such a manner is making propaganda for the left. They like nothing more than a nut with a machine gun. They will say all gun owners are this demented ignoring the fact that one must jump through many government hoops to own one and the price is outrageous. I wonder where he got them?
Making one's point in a calm, logical, factual manner is much more effective to most folks. Of course, liberals do have a tendency to ignore those nasty little facts that contradict their preconceived notions.

I read that (for whatever reason) the city had possession of the weapons he used. Him being the Chief of Police obviously had access to them.

Clearly one in such a trusted public position should not engage in public activities that call into question ones own sanity or judgment. He will probably never hold another public office except maybe in Texas.

But his series of videos do illustrate the outrage, frustration and sentiment that I think a lot of people have over the erosion of our freedoms by the Marxist left.
