WOW, even in 1860 Abe Lincoln, while temporarily suspending habeous corpus, never advocated anything approaching the ''termination'' of the constitution.  Donald J. Trump has fallen to such depths that no thinking person is still paying any attention to his rants, but it is still sad and a bit frightening that maybe 25% of the population of this great nation and the large majority of posters to this forum will see nothing alarming or out of order with the above quote!

Justice might in some cases require looking beyond the limits of the constitution as written and not allow it to be used by those who wish to take our rights and freedoms away from us while hiding behind it.  Twitter's blatant censorship of the Hunter Biden story in collusion with the Big Man himself, campaign officials and left-overs from Obama literally deprived many Americans,  whose Twitter posts were censored or accounts suspended, of their First Amendment rights leading up to the 2020 election.    And you, Archie, like the majority of your posts, attempt to ignore the vital issue at hand due to your TDS, which persists to this day.

I absolutely do disagree!! There is never a reason to suspend, terminate or ignore the constitution!! Talk about a slippery slope!  I have a difficult time understanding how an American citizen could even raise such a question let alone advocate for it.

Obey the Constitution when it fits your politics and disregard when it does not.  That is the Dem way.  

Article 4 Sec. 4 :

"The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence."

Semantics aside, what we have at our southern border is an invasion........
