Moscow Mitch is a perfect example of pork projects for Kentucky that he uses to get reelected. If Trump wins and Moscow Mitch wins and stays as Senate leader...nothing will change. If the Dems take control nothing will change. Bottom line....nothing will change.
After spending 2 Trillion plus another trillion...spending a few 100 billion over the revenue will seem like balancing the budget to congress.going forward.
A $100-$200 billion deficit each year will be peanuts to congress.

Almost sounds like you are in favor of smaller government. Or is that just the "hope and change" of the previous administration you are still clinging to?
According to the Origination Clause of the United States Constitution, all bills for raising revenue, generally tax bills, must originate in the House of Representatives, similar to the Westminster system requirement that all money bills originate in the lower house.
Is that Moscow Mitch or Porkloin Pelosi?

When the news is bad you fail to post your findings. So, I'll post if for you. Trump lied and said no more but signed it for Moscow Mitch. Hail the liar.....

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) is delivering more than $1 billion worth of federal spending and tax breaks to his Kentucky constituents, just in time for Christmas and ahead of a potentially tough reelection campaign. McConnell’s biggest obstacle to getting the deal done was not Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) or Senate Minority Leader Charles Schumer (D-N.Y.), but President Trump, who proclaimed last year that he was not going to sign another omnibus spending bill and whose White House made rumblings about backing a year-end spending freeze instead.
But McConnell, who is running for his seventh Senate term next year, flexed his political muscle to secure $914.2 million in direct spending for Kentucky in the two year-end omnibus spending bills. The windfall will likely boost his political standing at home in the face of a well-financed Democratic opponent and his perennially low approval ratings.

Well since Porkloin Pelosi and Schitt for Brains Schumer had VETO power over the bill based on the very article you are citing - I am suprised that they allowed it to move forward - unless they got what they wanted out of it as well.
Funny your fax machine must have been jammed that you are not complaining about "history" from 4 months ago.
Here is some information from more recently during a crisis and not just budget negotions you might want to look into for your hatred.
