Then again the Dear Leader, who only hires the  "brightest and best", yesterday said Omarosa was a low-life, poor worker, inefficient and not so bright but then said "I only kept her around because she said such nice things about me".  Wonder if MM would do that with one of his employees and even if he did l wonder if he would dumb enough to pop off about it?

Apparently even the lowest of low-life is "bright" enough for Trump as long as he or she boosts his dangerous deranged ego!

Omarosa is an opportunist.  She is seeking fame and fortune.  I'm sure she played up to Trump to get on the Apprentice, played up to him to get on his campaign, and then to get a job in the WH.  She was the liason to the African American population.  She advised him on African American issues.  She caused problems with other staffers and she got fired.  I wonder if she has not broken some kind of law recording Kelly without his knowledge.  But Kelly has nothing to regret there - he was firm and direct with her and would not play into her drama.  Without Trump, she wouldn'nt have a book, would she???  She's desperate because her 15 minutes of fame seems to be running out.  Who would hire her now?  She is disloyal, she can't keep her mouth shut and she is a blatant opportunist.  She has made a lot of accusations with very little evidence and she is going on all these shows to talk about it.  She'll be lucky if Trump doesn't sue her for libel, because he knows she is disloyal and that she is desperate.  

She might have to get a real job if she can find someone to hire her.  I have no doubt she is proposing to TV producers that they give her her own show.  She's a legend in her own mind. Anyone who would spend the money on her book is a very dedicated Trump hater or a fool.

You don't watch Fox so you wouldn't know, but she, like everyone else on the campaign, signed a non-disclosure agreement. The paper work seeking millions in damages has already been filed. I will be surprised if he doesn't at least try to block release of the book.

The Non Disclosure Form used by the Government refers only to classified information...

"1. Intending to be legally bound, I hereby accept the obligations contained in this Agreement in consideration of my being granted access to classified information."

All employees are employees of the tax payers and have freedom of speech for other than classified. The agreement Trump had staff sign is a bunch of nothing.

The tapes are a different issue.

Based on what I have heard Goofy is correct that you cannot bind someone to a personal NDA while in govt service.  The time before she became a WH employee could be covered but not her time in the WH.  So the recordings from prior to her employment could conceivably fall under the NDA and she could be in legal jeopardy.   I suspect the lawsuit is like many, it's intended to ruin someone financially because in order to get an award you would have to show some form of damages.  If it were me, I would ignore her but that's not Trump's style.....and probably wouldn't be mine if I spent a lot of time in the NYC real estate market.

There are MANY different non-disclosure forms that have nothing to do with classified information.  In a previous life I often got access to company proprietary information as a result of my evaluating their IT security, and frankly lost count of the number of NDAs I signed.  Those forms covered mostly information of value to competitors, such as trade secrets, business development strategies, and so forth.  I could certainly see a political organization protecting itself from "moles" from another campaign hiring on for the purpose of getting inside information to use against the very campaign they purportedly worked for.  The threat of legal action, should they be caught leaking information, is usually enough to keep them straight.

Unless you have seen the form signed by the individual you really don't know what it contains.

At least 4 of them have been released including one where Trump's daughter-in-law offers Omarosa a $180,000/yr position in the relection campaign.  The taped offer was made several days AFTER Omarosa was fired and it is obvious that the offer is being made in an effort to buy Omarosa off from putting out negative info on Dear Leader!!  Then another includes a conversation between Omarosa and 2 other WH advisers discussing how the administration might handle the blow-back if a tape with Trump using the N word happens to come up!  Wake up Hound!!

Look for lots more...it is being reported that she has over 200 taped conversations made during the campaign and in the WH.  Who would have ever thought that Dear Leader's worst nightmare would come from a woman who is just a sleazy and ego driven am him.  His bad luck is that she is not as mentally unstable!!

BTW:  Mr H...Dan Quayle added an ''e'' on occasion...I prefer in the cause of simplicity and clarity to delete them if they are silent. ;)
