I was thinkin' about diggin out ma cutoffs, tunin the banjos and headin on over. I figure we could have a big ol time, have the front set up with a stripper pole, and use the spotlights on the boats for lightin. Wooohooo.

You got that right, just think of all the business we could troll up from the front with 280 and the river - the condo owners are close enough to hear the music and come on down .... or run for what is left of the hills.
