Tomorrow will put two butts on the BGE around 6 AM. Ready for when the children start getting here in the evening. Friday will be doing mason jar chickens (4) for the weekend. The fourth we will be doing a prime rib loin for the big celebration. Sunday will eat whatever is left and send most of the rest home with the kids. The remainder of the time we will be floating, having a few (?) beers, and enjoying the company of friends that drop by. JLZAC, I hope you and the family have a great "Holiday in PC GA". Oh yea, we will ride out into Tallassee slough for the fireworks Saturday night.

Even my son and sons in law got wore out drinking half of a beer (time 20 to 25) at 4:00 AM in the morning when we tailgate and do whole chickens on the smoker. I remembered from my summer job during high school at Brockway Glass how hot they had it to make mason jars. I thought if you could use them in the oven and put them in boiling water when canning (212 degrees), then having them on the smoker at 225 would not be a problem. Since then drunken or beer can chicken has been mason jar chicken. I use my carolina sauce (cider vinegar/lemon juice/spices) in the jar, rub them with olive oil, sprinkle cavendars seasoning on them and you have "Mason jar Chicken".

Quiter than I thought it would be. The employees were real nice and gave me a nice gift and some other PM's from surrounding offices came over and went to lunch. Kids are getting here this evening and the two butts have been on @ 225 since 5:30 this morning. The GVM will be having another wine tasting and food pairing on the 14th if ya'll are back come go with us.

Viva Knievel is an extraordinary and shocking bicycle. This bicycle is one of the most preferred vehicles by me. I would need to purchase best essay writing service in usa from this blog page. On account of the page for giving this vehicle on the page available to be purchased. Continue sharing more.
