A new building across 280 from La Posada is springing up. Any idea what it is?

Btw, La Posada is still great.

Thanks. At least we will have better biscuits, cleaner facilities, and nicer people to deal with than the other "fast food" place in that area.

just what Alex city needs--more high fat, high calorie, high cholesterol  fast food joint to add to the obesity population--go for those pork chop biscuits !!

"nicer people to deal with than the other "fast food" place in that area." You have more confidence than I do they will be "nicer".

Don't worry, this one is being built in Dadeville.  I hope we have the legal limit of fast food in Alex City.  I don't know if you have ever been on Cherokee Rd. in the morning to see the line down the road to get into Hardees.

That's because Hardees has the BEST biscuits!

I agree Toni.  As popular as it is, we could use another Hardees in Alex City.

I guess it depends on the Hardee's.  The one by my house serves biscuits that are maybe a half inch thick.  Mickey D biscuits are better.

Maybe it's all in the hands of the biscuit maker.  It's easy to overwork the dough and make them tough.
