Took the dogs out for a walk this morning.  Hard to tell exactly how much snow we got - 1/2 inches in some places and at least 2" in others.  But there is at least a 1/16th of an inch of pure ice on the road and on my driveway, under the snow.  Lots of critter tracks -- deer, raccoon and something very, very small.

And yes, it is COLD out there.  If I had to guess I would say about 20 degrees.

I had dualing outdoor thermometers that read 16 and 17 degrees.  So, that is cold for me.  My little plants in the greenhouse survived, thanks to the help of a little propane heater and 24/7 lights.

I feel for those folks who have not been able to make it home yet, and today does not look prominsing either.

I never hear of any outages around our areas. Pleased it that is so.  Got a bit concerned when it iced first then snowed. But we did not get so much ice (.10") nor snow (1") in Still Waters to create the havoc this storm did in other areas.
