If you read his executive order prohibiting prescribing the drug to anyone NOT in the study.  Dr. oz who practices in New York that it is against the law to prescribe it to anyone not in the study (meaning 99% of the patients in NY). He pleaded last night that the governor revoke his decision.

Cuomo is an ass.  He has a huge problem on his hands, and he's looking for someone to blame.  I think politicals need to stay out of the drug questions and leave it to the medical professionals.
